Nicola joined the Catalyst team in 2009 and handles accounting matters. Nicola's background is in accountancy practice.
Paul has grown Catalyst from March '05 recruiting to C-level in Sales, Operations, Engineering, Logistics, Accounts/Finance, Marketing, IT, R&D, Design, Customer Service, Procurement, HR, Administration and Quality.
Before, he enjoyed over five years successful experience with one of the largest independent recruitment firms in the North East, principally building a finance division from scratch.
Paul started in recruitment with a Leeds-based executive search and selection consultancy and his career began with a chartered accountancy practice in Newcastle. He is also founder of the North East Accountancy Awards and big advocate of progressive working practices.

Robbie Bell, Finance Director, Screwfix works with Catalyst in a consulting and advisory capacity. Robbie also has significant experience with Travelodge, Thresher, Tesco and Whitbread.
Roger Blight is the former Finance Director of Nike UK Ltd. After over 18 years with the company, Roger is now working with a number of smaller businesses as Interim Financial Director and business coach. As well as his involvement with Catalyst, he specialises in Financial Planning and Performance as well as business funding. He is a registered advisor with both One North East and Tyne and Wear Business Link.
