Curtis Alcock

Curtis is our managing director and a fully qualified hearing healthcare professional. He is an internationally respected keynote speaker and founder of an online think tank for hearing care. He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. He is an executive member of the Association of Independent Hearing Healthcare Professionals, a member of the British Society of Hearing Aid Audiologists and the National Community Hearing Association

Sam Palmer

Sam joined the practice in 2011 . He is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a member of the National Community Hearing Association. He gained a distinction in Hearing Aid Audiology from Aston University and was awarded the "Certificate for Excellent Clinical Ability" and the "Certificate for Overall Highest Mark" from the Foundation Degree Examination Board. In addition, he has a MSc in Business and Community and a BSc (Hons) in Sociology, both from the University of Bath. He has specialist training in wax removal. Outside of work, Sam enjoys playing Tennis, Photography and country walks. He also plays Pool competitively in the Devon Interleague.

Vikki Martin

Job Titles:
  • Client Support Manager
Vikki is first point of contact for our clients and plays a key role in the smooth and efficient operation of Audify®|Exeter. She works tirelessly both front of house and behind the scenes to ensure that our clients have what they need when they need it, liaising with manufacturers and co-ordinating the activities of the practitioners to maximise and maintain the high levels of customer service experienced by our clients. Vikki has a BSc in English Literature from the University of Exeter and was customer service supervisor at John Lewis before joining Broom Reid & Harris in 2007.
