Parker & Nelson will be a new craft cocktail bar in downtown Detroit. The bar will create an experience for the local community by creating interesting atmosphere and tastes by using local ingredients. The bar's concept is a single floor, 1,686 square foot space, located in the heart of downtown in a growing area without an existing similar bar. The bar will highlight quality in our ingredients and execution, while providing outstanding service. Parker & Nelson will be architecturally interesting, with a modern twist on industrial Detroit and the charm of a 1920's speakeasy without being over-pretentious. We will work with local furniture companies and artists to create an enticing atmosphere. Live music, attractive mood lighting and creative arrangement of seating will create an experience that will be unique to Detroit.
