Angela Hesketh

Angela is one of the Division's latest recruits. With a strong blend of administrative talent and customer services management credentials, drawn from far reaching experience within a number of customer-facing agencies both within the UK and overseas, Angela brings a certain versatility and fresh dynamic to the front-line HelpDesk. With a hunger for knowledge and a determination to deliver excellence, Angela further strengthens our compliance capability. She has a can-do attitude and an eagerness to deliver best-in-class support services which go above and beyond client expectation.

Fiona Worrall

Job Titles:
  • Associate Director
Fiona, an associate director, and member of the senior management team is a fully qualified architect and pivotal member of the technical team based in our Knowsley studio. She provides fusion of knowledge and drawn intelligence critical to the outputs provided through the Projects Division. She is extremely agile in her application of technology and has amassed considerable specialist knowledge in the art-of-the-possible, notably through her involvement in bespoke Pharma Logistics and Storage. With an appetite for knowledge and a desire to deliver excellence she provides technical input to those specialist outputs demanded by our client's briefing processes

Gareth Kizlauskas

Based in its Knowsley Studio, Gareth is the latest recruit to join the Practice as a Project Technician. His early exposure to the commercial realities of highly competitive business and his commitment to a ‘best-in-class' ethos mean he is eager to build a reputation based on excellence. With ambition to develop professionally and a hunger for knowledge, Gareth is further strengthening our Project Management capability, blending real-time experience with his capacity to learn. His youthfulness, versatility, energy, ‘can-do' attitude, and shadow-working practice ensure that he is developing his understanding under the watchful eye of fully qualified colleagues and gaining daily insight into the commercial complexities of the working environment.

Gaynor Fairhurst

Based in its Knowsley Studio, with a rich mix of commercial experience drawn from her previous involvement in international procurement and a gifting in administration, Gaynor brings a certain rigour to our service delivery and is a critical member of the front-line HelpDesk. With an appetite for knowledge and a desire to deliver FM support services which exceed client expectations, Gaynor is hoping to consolidate her knowledge by actively pursuing further FM accredited study.

Lucille Maloney

  • Senior FM Administrator
Lucille provides much needed support to the Directors on financial matters and acts as a senior administrator within the FM Team. With extensive experience drawn from critical aspects of Facilities Management, she is one of the Practice's senior advisors with a passion for excellence and service delivery. Lucille, a member of the IWFM, has been a lead consultant for more than ten years on issues of compliance, preventative strategy formulation, contractor and performance management, health and safety and budget forecasting. She brings a blend of technical intel to the practice service offer borne out of her far-reaching involvement in a wide-ranging portfolio of service agreements.

Mark Fairhurst

Mark is a critical member of the senior leadership team with over 25 years' experience in construction management. He brings a wealth of experience acquired from his cross sectorial engagement with numerous blue-chip clients. With an eagerness to deliver detail he takes a lead in managing technical outputs on a day-to-day basis. His passion for excellence is coupled with his responsibility for Quality Assurance.

Nicola Richards

Nicola is the division's FM Team Manager based in ACR's studio space located at the heart of the charming Knowsley Estate and provides operational oversight for the fm team. She brings a delightful cocktail of knowledge and personality and is a critical member of the front-line HelpDesk team. With a blend of administrative talent, technical ability and interpersonal intelligence, she plays a critical role in helping the practice manage its ever-increasing responsibilities with success. With a hunger for knowledge and a desire to deliver fm support services which exceed client expectations, Nicola is currently studying for Level 4 IWFM to accompany her recently acquired CMI Level 5 Diploma in Management and Leadership.

Paula Waters

Paula offers a blend of administrative talent and interpersonal intelligence drawn from a background supporting a hi-profile, nation-wide retailer. She provides increased depth to the team, is critical to the make-up of the front-line service and in helping the Division manage its ever-increasing responsibilities. Paula has an appetite for knowledge and an eagerness to deliver fm support services which go above and beyond client expectation.

Sharon Robinson

Sharon, an associate member of the Institute of Workplace and Facilities Management, is Associate for FM & Finance. She brings leadership, direction, entrepreneurial flare, advocacy and creative thinking into the problem-solving environment. With a passion for excellence, an attention to detail, outstanding communication skills and a rich vein of experience borne out of a senior career in the Civil Service/ private consultancy, she is adept at managing a growing team responsible for servicing an ever-expanding client base. Sharon is a strategic thinker, with outstanding administrative capability, a passion for procedural efficiency and a strength in information sharing. She is a proactive, self-motivated and flexible in her approach with an ability to develop strong rapport with others.

Simon Robinson - Managing Director

Gifted in empowerment, he leads a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team of professionals offering a bespoke blend of professional building design and managerial services. A Chartered Civil Engineer, Building Engineer and Facilities Manager, Simon is furnished with a comprehensive knowledge of the best construction practice and is sufficiently agile to deliver effectively in a highly competitive, results-driven environment.
