Alex is the Founder and Global Director of AIG. He graduated from Columbia University with a degree in Operations Research and Economics and has dedicated his professional career to the field of educational development. His authority on the intricacies of the university admissions process has garnered him numerous interviews in the press as well as allowing him to author several articles and books on the subject. Alex currently serves on the Columbia University Alumni Representative Committee as well as acts as a Columbia University Admissions Interviewer. Alex leads the team of consultants at Apex Ivy Global.
Ben has a professional background in management consulting and corporate professional coaching. He has worked with enterprises of all sizing training management level staff in leadership and professional development. His background as an educator includes teaching SAT review and ESL courses as well as tutoring multiple subjects at the collegiate level. Ben's passion for working with young people and his understanding for cultural challenges of moving from another country to the USA gives him incredible insight into the overseas education process.

Eric has over 8 years of marketing management experience in web development, optimization, and digital campaign launches. He holds a degree in International Marketing and Business Administration from Hong Kong University and University of California, Riverside. He is a strong advocate for strategy, creative, media tactics and analytics, and even more importantly, for ensuring all those things work together seamlessly. His previous clients include BMW, Ford, Google, TE Connectivity, First Solar, Yamaichi Electronics, and Verizon Telecommunications.

George has been actively involved with business and cultural exchange between China and the USA for the last 17 years. He was an active member of the UCLA Education Studies Program and served as a college admissions guidance counselor and mentor. After graduating with honors from UCLA, George was a senior consultant for KPMG LLC, Los Angeles before becoming a serial entrepreneur. He is an International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme Alumnus, Rotary Club Academic Achievement Award recipient, University of California Regents Scholarship and University of California Alumni Scholarship recipient. George has a passion for helping individuals achieve their true potential.
