Ana Maria has worked in the Real Estate Industry for 10 years, prior to working for The Martin Agency. Ana Maria is bilingual, born in Colombia. She has previously worked as an administrator for law firms and mortgage brokers. Ana Maria handles our day to day office administration. However, her main responsibility is property management. She administrates repairs, collections and lease enforcement. Ana is vital in coordinating everyone in the organization
Daniel is a 4th generation entrepreneur, 2nd generation realtor, Multi-family and financial market's investor, he has extensive knowledge of the inner workings of the Connecticut real estate market place practices and procedures. Specializing in 1031 tax exchange and investment properties.
Born and raised in Bridgeport Connecticut, and has been a Stratford resident for over 20 years, he is very knowledgeable and passionate about his community. Daniel also has a degree in business administration That, paired with his 25+ professional experience in deal making, allows him to connect with clients and meet them where they are, and skillfully take them to where they want to be. With the market as competitive as it is, timeliness are highly valued, and he will work diligently until you purchase, sell, or rent your property.

Danielle has a Bachelors degree in Business Administration from Dusuesne University. Originally from Milford, CT she moved to Pennsylvania. After several years, she returned to Milford. She has held management positions with multiple companies in marketing. Danielle runs our social media department, where she uses her photography & design skills to create content. Jake is a hyper-industrious entrepreneur. He started his first online business at 16 years old. He graduated from Fairchild Wheeler Magnet High School in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He graduated with honors and was a member of the National Honor Society. He currently attends Pace University in NY. Where he received a full academic scholarship for tuition. He is double majoring in Business Administration & Entrepreneurship. Jake grew up in the real estate business and is enthusiastic about joining our team. Jake looks forward to procuring land and developing mixed-use housing and entertainment centers. Much like the City Centre in Brickell. Jake will be working on bringing cryptocurrency as a means to back our real estate portfolio. This along with the tokenization of our existing properties will make real estate investing much more liquid and increase valuations. Jake will be setting up a specialized digital wallet for The Martin Agency, assuring safe and rapid exchanges of real estate shares into dollars.
Jessica graduated from Southern Connecticut University with a Bachelors in Marketing. She began with The Martin Agency as an intern her Freshman year and through her dedication and skill is now assistant marketing director.
Jessica is in charge of our social media and e-mail campaigns. As if she didn't have enough on her plate she is also working on her real estate license with a specialty in commercial properties. Jessica embodies our companies motto of High Performance!
Joe Ganino has been investing in commercial real estate for over 15 years. His experience as an investor coupled with his knowledge of current real estate markets gives him a strong advantage in the areas of purchasing, selling, and leasing. When it comes to helping his clients with their real estate needs, his areas of expertise include industrial, retail, mixed use, and multi-family. Joe is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors.
Joe is a graduate of Fairfield Prep, after attending Sacred Heart University he became a business owner, a business that is still in operation today. When he's not working Joe enjoys spending time with his family, fly fishing, and golfing. He resides in Trumbull, with his wife and two sons.
A graduate of the University of Bridgeport with a degree in business administration Karen plays a pivotal role in The Ray Martin Agency, not only is she one of our busiest agents but she also helps keep order in the office on hectic days.

"Margaux Vanderheijden is a 2014 graduate of the University of Connecticut, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. Margaux began her endeavor in real estate when she was promoted to a real estate paralegal position at a local law firm. Her work as a real estate paralegal inspired her to obtain her real estate license, and she has since gained experience with buyer and seller transactions, as well as short sales and rentals. Margaux combines her background knowledge with her passionate and bright personality to assist her clients in smooth and efficient transactions. Margaux is a member of the Greater Bridgeport Board of Realtors and is also a Notary Public."
Michael Capasso is a lifelong Stratford resident and has worked in Real Estate for the past 20 years. He worked for Caselli Real Estate for over six years and then owned his own real estate agency in Bridgeport for several years. A 1978 graduate of Sacred Heart University with a BS in accounting, Mike worked at several local businesses including Bridgeport machines, Costco productions efficiency bindery in cost accounting general accounting and income tax. Owning investment property since 1980 he began to work in real estate full-time in 1997.
At The Martin Agency, he specializes in rentals, multifamily, residential investment property and single-family homes. He is on the board of directors at the national helicopter Museum in Stratford located at the northbound train station. He lives in Stratford with his wife Gits and has three grown children.
