Formative Developments was founded by Tony Higham and Sebastian Garbsch for the purpose of developing and evolving great ideas, one at a time. Tony's background includes more than a decade of enterprise development, and Sebastian brings a successful entrepreneurial background, as well as 14 years of expertise in the health and fitness environment.
