Forward Transportation Services (FTS) is a locally owned and operated non-emergency medical transportation company. Forward Transportation Services was founded in 2012 with the mission of providing efficient, safe and high quality transportation services... FTS provides transportation service for all routine medical appointments including regular checkup visits, dental appointments, physical therapy appointments, and mental health appointments. Our service area includes all the 7 counties in the metro area; Hennepin, Ramsey, Dakota, Washington, Carver, Scott and Anoka. Forward also services these additional rural counties; Rice, Olmsted, Stearns, Wright, and Sherburne.
