Bernie Dearth

Bernie Dearth is a dedicated professional with a strong work ethic and over thirty years of experience in the coal trucking, transportation, oil and gas, environmental services, and water hauling businesses. He has been the owner/operator of family owned trucking companies and general manager of several oil and gas service companies with a primary focus on hiring, planning, and daily operations on the trucking segments of those companies. Throughout his career Bernie has developed a multitude of sales and business contacts across the coal, oil and gas, and trucking industries. Bernie is putting his trucking experience to use as the General Manager of Gas Field Services' trucking division in northcentral West Virginia, southwest Pennsylvania, and southeast Ohio. He performs Gas Field's driver hiring, daily operational oversight, and manages many of our customer relationships. Denise Marshall

Denise Marshall is a career accounting professional with a varied background in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial administration that exceeds twenty-five years. She has worked in private, public, and government sectors and has held roles within payroll, tax, accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and the compilation of financial reports and statements. Denise is responsible for general accounting and bookkeeping functions at Gas Field Services and is part of the administrative team at the Rosedale headquarters in charge of the functions listed above as well as the maintenance of customer reports, tracking, payroll, and human resources. Derek Lashley

Derek brings over seven years oil field experience into the group ranging from CDL Water Truck Driver, to Truck Supervisor to Safety Coordinator for Water Hauling. Derek's unique background as a Driver/Safety Coordinator is critical in employee training, event investigations and safety audits.

Jerry Hamilton

Jerry Hamilton is a Professional/Authorized Safety Instructor with over forty years of experience in safety and environmental compliance aspects of the Appalachian Basin coal and oil and gas industries. Additional experience in site construction and reclamation, engineering and planning, operations management, drilling, completion, production, and midstream operation of coalbed methane, shallow conventional, and horizontal shale wells throughout Appalachia provide Jerry the tools needed to be a very effective safety and environmental professional. Jerry's vast knowledge and experience is essential in supervising, administering, and instructing of Gas Field Services' safety and environmental programs. Jerry serves as our main point of contact for our customers on all safety and environmental related training and places a great deal of emphasis on incident prevention and employee ownership and accountability. Larry Cavallo

Larry Cavallo is a technically trained professional who has over thirty years of experience in leadership roles within the exploration and production industry. Those roles include geology, operations and reservoir engineering, business planning, drilling, completion, and production of shallow conventional, coalbed methane, and horizontal Marcellus and Utica wells across the Appalachian, Michigan, and Black Warrior Basins. Larry is using his experience and considerable Appalachian contacts in a business development and third-party consulting role for Gas Field Services. He serves as Gas Field's initial point of contact for new customers, on acquisitions, the expansion of its service lines, and as a consultant available for hire in any of his areas of expertise. Matthew Hilton

Matthew Hilton is a very highly qualified truck and automotive technician with over 25 years of experience. He has exceptional knowledge in efficient shop management, inventory control, truck repair, heavy equipment repair, and oil field services. Matt oversees the maintenance and quality care program for our entire fleet of commercial vehicles as the Shop Foreman/Maintenance Supervisor at Gas Field Services. His diligence in taking care of our oversized loads and maintaining our commercial vehicles, light/medium duty trucks, and heavy equipment is second to none and one of the main reasons we are always there for our customers.

Millicent Carter

Millicent Carter joined the administrative team of Gas Field Services in 2018 after thirteen years of being a successful business owner. With proven leadership and motivational abilities, she brings a positive attitude, proficient computer skills, and impeccable organizational qualities to the company. Millicent oversees Gas Field Services' state-of-the-art dispatch center. Her responsibilities include examining daily dispatch, monitoring GPS tracking and reporting utilization of our commercial vehicles. She manages all data entry and submission of daily billing reports along with data transfers. She also assist in weekly invoicing. Monte McReynolds

Monte McReynolds has nearly fifteen years of experience in completion, production, cementing, and special services in the oil and gas industry. Eleven of those years have been in various leadership positions. Monte is a trucking supervisor and is currently tasked with day to day oversight, management, and safe operations of a large segment of our water hauling in the northern district. His experience and background are a welcome addition to the business unit, helping it grow while maintaining the quality of service that exceeds the expectations of our customers.

Roger Shupe

Roger Shupe has widely varied oil and gas field experience in southern West Virginia, southwest Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and eastern Tennessee. He's been a truck driver, construction equipment operator, drilling rig and service rig hand, compressor technician, and has been involved in some form of general oilfield operations for nearly thirty years. Roger's varied experience is invaluable to Gas Field Services where is responsible for the operations of all our services in our southern district. Whether you need water hauling, well location and road construction, heavy hauling, compressor operations and maintenance, or pipeline and compressor station construction Roger will manage your work with safety and environmental compliance as his top priorities.

Ryan Majic

Ryan Majic is currently the Senior Safety Coordinator for the Northern Division Operations and Trucking at Gas Field Services and reports to Jerry Hamilton, GFS Safety Director. He came to GFS in the fall of 2019 with over 15 years of energy experience in the Appalachian Basin. Ryan has a strong safety and compliance background with exposure to construction, drilling, completions, production and water transfer operations. He is currently responsible for educating company personnel on safety policies and procedures, evolving regulatory changes and provides oversight for customer compliance. Along with contributing to the development and implementation of our safety program, Ryan conducts field audits, facilitates training sessions and incident investigation findings. His commitment to safety and strong ethical background have been impactful as he continues to support a proactive safety culture at GFS.

Scott Sias

Scott Sias is a seasoned veteran of Appalachia based oil & gas trucking companies. With thirty years of experience in the trucking industry, Scott has successfully managed various oil and gas service company trucking operations including water hauling, sand trucking, heavy haul rig moves, and hotshot operations. Scott also successfully managed the start-up phase of two rapidly growing companies with multiple terminals. Scott is working closely with the Gas Field Services management team and drivers, using his extensive background, knowledge, and experience to help retain quality drivers, assure the trucking operations continue to grow in a safe and efficient manner, and working closely with our customer's representatives to ensure they are getting quality service.

Stephanie Shrader

Stephanie Shrader is an unwavering administrative professional whose education and background drive her to provide quality service and support to our customers every day. Following successful roles in the pharmaceutical, hospitality, and food service industries, Stephanie joined Gas Field Services in 2006 and has been instrumental in both forming the foundation and further development of the company. Stephanie's confident and cheerful disposition makes her a natural as the primary administrative point of contact for our customers who trust her critical roles in invoicing, supplying timely and accurate reports, and data transfer. While working at the Rosedale headquarters, Stephanie also provides support on strategic initiatives, human resources, and other business and office management functions. Zachery Reed

Zachery Reed is the consummate professional with a history of successful business management and decision making. Following early careers in trucking, banking, and the insurance industries, Zachery joined Tommy Shrader and has been an integral part of the upward and outward growth of Gas Field Services for over twelve years. Placing his fingerprints on the daily operations of all services has allowed Zachery to become a large part of the history and future of Gas Field Services. He is currently responsible for the daily oversight of all service lines carried out by 350 employees across six states. Under his watch, we safely and efficiently operate over 150 water trucks, disposal facilities, construction equipment, and tend over 10,000 wells for our customers.
