Arthur L. Lorenzini, Jr., is an entrepreneur and a builder-developer; he is the Chief Executive of The Claremont Companies, LLC, as well as all affiliated entities ("Claremont") which have offices in northern and southern California. In his career, he has acquired substantial depth and breadth in the real estate, construction, and development industry, as well as the building products industry.

Cindy Thompson is a Certified Public Account (CPA) and the Controller of The Claremont Companies, LLC, and all affiliated entities. Mrs. Thompson came to The Claremont Companies, LLC, with over 25 years of business experience split evenly in both Public Accounting and Private Industry.
Ian Samuel Stonerock joined Claremont Homes, Inc. ("Claremont"), in 2015 as a Vice President in the Operations and Construction department; his first assignments were as Project Manager of Claremont's Mountain View Landing (2015-2016) single family, new home community and The Villages at Arnold (2016-2017), new townhouse community in Martinez, California, which he successfully completed the construction and sales. He is currently Project Manager on a number of upcoming projects including the apartment community, Silvergate, in Brentwood, California; a single family home subdivision in San Ramon, The Preserve Neighborhood V; a 100,000+ square foot self- storage facility in Hercules; and two custom homes in San Ramon.
Mary Halladay received her BS in Business Administration with a focus of Accounting from CSU Hayward. She has extensive experience working in the construction and real estate industry with various developers/builders such as Signature Properties in Pleasanton as well as Pulte Homes (Summerset). She's been working in the accounting field again for the last 8 years and prior to that, homeschooled her two boys, graduating them from high school.
In addition to her professional experience, she is sport enthusiast who loves the Giants and 49ers, as well as the San Jose Sharks.
Mary Beth Lorenzini, nee Winn, is a mother, grandmother, and the Chief Financial Officer for all of the Claremont entities. She works closely with the Controller, accounting staff, and outside public accountants.

Mike Conley is a Construction and Operations Executive in the real estate development industry. He is a Managing Director of The Claremont Companies, LLC, an Executive Vice President of Claremont Homes, Inc., and a principal in all affiliated entities. These companies have offices in Northern and Southern California. Prior to establishing Claremont Homes, Inc., in 1986 with Mr. Lorenzini, Mr. Conley worked with California Pacific Properties from 1978 to 1983, and with Hudson Properties from 1983 to 1986. Prior to entering the field of real estate, Mr. Conley worked for a large manufacturing company, and he taught Industrial Arts in secondary schools.
Mr. Lorenzini is a Director of The Claremont Companies, LLC ("Claremont"). He is responsible for all analytical undertakings at Claremont, while also being responsible for business development, marketing, self-storage and overall furthering the strategic vision and growth of the company. His work includes but is not limited to: building long-lasting relationships with our friends and partners, deal sourcing, acquisitions, due diligence, predevelopment, governmental relations, and finance. In addition, he oversees the operations of Claremont's self-storage and multi-family holdings, which currently encompass approximately 500,000 sq. of storage and over 250 rental units.
Mr. Lorenzini has a well-versed background in software and technology, homebuilding, and commercial real estate appraisal. He holds the prestigious MAI designation from The Appraisal Institute - the highest designation given as an appraiser.
He is also heavily involved in the storage industry, as he sits on the Board of Directors of both the CSSA and Storelocal Inc.
