Payments are processed automatically on a weekly basis via Stripe. The lessons themselves are scheduled weekly and each lesson is 45 minutes long. Lessons are scheduled on the same weekday and time each week, unless otherwise agreed upon by both the student and the instructor... It's important to note that lessons are paid for in advance, specifically one week prior. If a lesson is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, it is non-refundable. The same applies if the student is late, does not show up, or is not prepared for the lesson - in these cases, the lesson is also non-refundable. Furthermore, lessons are non-transferable... Payments are automatically processed on a weekly basis, and you will receive a receipt via email for each payment. You can manage your billing anytime by logging into your customer portal or contacting your teacher directly.
