David Robertson

David Robertson joined the Milhaus Board of Directors in April of 2018 and is one of the company's first external members. Mr. Robertson has over 20 years of real estate experience and has completed more than $15 billion of acquisitions, dispositions, redevelopments, joint ventures, and debt financings during his career. Prior to FrontRange, he was Co-President, Chief Investment Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Apartment Investment and Management Company, a publicly traded multifamily REIT (AIMCO, NYSE: AIV) with more than $10 billion of assets. Mr. Robertson earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California, San Diego. Mr. Robertson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Cottonwood Residential, Statebridge Company, SevenBar Aviation, Classic Brands, Boulder Creek Neighborhoods, and Robeks Corporation. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of California followed by his MBA at Harvard Business School.

Jodie W. McLean

Jodie W. McLean is Chief Executive Officer of EDENS, one of the nation's leading private owners, operators and developers of retail real estate. With a more than 25-year tenure at EDENS, she has established herself as a key player in the company's growth and expansion to its current marketplace leadership, capitalized by blue chip investors and assets valued at $6.5 billion. McLean is responsible for EDENS' strategy to move the portfolio to major urban centers, creating a portfolio of assets that are the center of community life. She was named Chief Investment Officer in 1997, President in 2002 and CEO in 2015. Overall, she has been responsible for the development, redevelopment, acquisition and disposition of more than $15 billion in retail assets. McLean passionately believes that retail should evolve beyond a shopping experience, and advocates for connectivity to the communities surrounding the company's retail centers. To ensure this, each EDENS development is crafted to serve as an authentic gathering place, including a unique merchandising mix and welcoming design elements, fostering a sense of engagement with its neighbors. A native of Chicago, IL, McLean holds a B.S. in Finance and Management from the Moore School of Business, University of South Carolina and a degree from South Carolina Honors College. McLean serves as Trustee and Executive Board Member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and Trustee of Urban Land Institute. She serves on the boards of Cushman & Wakefield, The Real Estate Round Table, Holford College, the Economic Club of DC and Milhaus, as well as boards of several other institutions and charities. McLean is a member of the Liberty Fellowship (Aspen Institute) Class of 2009.

Robert Gifford

Robert Gifford joined the Milhaus Board of Directors in September of 2018. Gifford has over 35 years of experience in the commercial and retail real estate investment business, serving as principal, executive and director at global companies including AEW Capital Management, AIG Global Real Estate investment and Lehman Brothers Holdings. He has decades of experience in creating and protecting value, building and leading teams and creating trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Scot Sellers

Scot Sellers joined Milhaus as the Lead Independent Director in April of 2018. Sellers, the first external partner to serve on the company's board, brings to Milhaus the expertise of a 37-year career in real estate. He served as CEO of Archstone, a market-leading REIT with a market capitalization of more than $22 billion and former chairman of the National Association of Real Estate Investment Trusts. Over his storied career, he was responsible for the development, acquisition and operation of apartment buildings in 50+ cities valued at more than $40 billion. Sellers is a graduate of Lewis & Clark College and has an MBA from Stanford. He is also a board member for Howard Hughes Corporation, Inspirato, Habitat For Humanity International and ScholarLeaders International. Sellers is based out of Las Vegas, NV.

Scott Berry

Scott Berry joined FrontRange from Archstone, one of the largest investors, developers, and operators of apartment communities globally with more than 60,000 units located throughout the United States and Germany. While at Archstone, Mr. Berry served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis from 2007 to 2013. Prior to Archstone, he was a Financial Analyst with Budget Truck Rental. Mr. Berry earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a CFA charterholder.

Tadd Miller - CEO, Founder

Tadd Miller is a cofounder and CEO of Milhaus. In the real estate industry, Miller has led the development, finance, and construction of urban multi-family and mixed-use properties throughout the Midwest, Carolinas, Florida, and Oklahoma totaling over $1 billion. His real estate experience originated in central Indiana and his vision and business ventures have since led to the renaissance of downtown living in Indianapolis. Miller's many recognitions include the Indianapolis Business Journal's "Who's Who Behind the Scenes in Real Estate" 2005 and 2010, IBJ's "40 Under 40" 2008, and the Urban Land Institute's "40 Under 40" 2016. He is also a full member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and sits on multiple councils for the Urban Land Institute. Now residing in Indianapolis, Miller received his Bachelor's in Urban Planning and Development from Ball State University, attended Harvard Business School for the Executive Education Series, received his MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University, and most recently, his Juris Doctorate degree from Indiana University.
