Alexis Stevens

Andy Bell

Caroline Wells

Caroline has over two decades of strategic and operational leadership, and a deep-rooted knowledge of the financial services sector. Formerly head of outreach and customer insight at the Financial Ombudsman Service, in 2017 she set up her consultancy Different Petal and co-founded MeIncluded, a disabled access review website. Caroline also holds a number of advisory roles, including at the; National Centre for Diversity, Money Advice Trust and for the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner.

Chris Fitch

Chris Fitch has led research on debt and mental health for almost a decade. Chris works with the Money Advice Trust and the Personal Finance Research Centre at the University of Bristol, much of his research focuses on vulnerability. Before this, Chris was a Research Fellow at the Royal College of Psychiatrists.

Twice Creative Thinking World Champion, Dan is also CEO of Oxford University spinout Rogue Interrobang which helps institutions use creativity to solve wicked problems, in particular by providing spaces where disabled people can play a leading role in shaping the future.

Dr. Billy Boland

Helen Undy

Helen was a core part of the founding team at Money and Mental Health, running the organisation's communications and influencing work before becoming CEO in 2018. Since then the charity has doubled in size, and achieved lasting impact across government policy, regulation and beyond as well as becoming the ‘go to' organisation for understanding the toxic link between money and mental health problems. A passionate campaigner, her proudest moment so far was the team winning the ‘Recovery Space' campaign, securing vital debt respite for everyone using NHS mental health crisis services. Helen has significant experience working across the third sector and in policy and politics, including working in Parliament. Helen is committed to campaigning alongside those with lived experience. She previously led Mind's policy and campaigns work on public mental health and social care, securing key changes to the Care Act, successfully campaigned with young care leavers for better financial security and with people who are homeless for a stronger commitment to tackle rough sleeping in London. Helen is an independent advisor to the UK Regulator's Network, sits on the advisory group to the board of the Money and Pensions Service, the UK Finance Consumer Advisory Group, the Government's Financial Inclusion Policy Forum and the advisory board for suicide prevention charity Jonathan's Voice. Mike Songer

Mike has spent 37 years in Retail Banking, most recently leading strategy development for the treatment of Vulnerable Customers within his firm, and additionally acting as Chair for the Vulnerability Committee at the financial service trade body, UK Finance. For several years he has been a weekly listening volunteer for people who are suicidal, in crisis or despair, as well as supporting the induction, training and mentoring of new volunteers.

Nicky Deans

His last company, Connect Assist, supports people in challenging circumstances (mental health, debt, unemployment and more) via phone, email, webchat and social media. Sandra Dangoor

Following an honours degree in Business Studies, Sandra made a career as a stockbroker in the City of London, mainly in private client portfolio management, and is also a Fellow of the Chartered Securities institute (FCSI). Zoe was CFO of the Huo Family Foundation, a grant-giving foundation based in London whose mission is to support education, communities and the pursuit of knowledge. Prior to joining the Foundation, Zoe spent over 20 years as an investor at a number of UK mid-market private equity houses including LGV Capital, Electra Partners and latterly as a partner at Palatine Private Equity where she specialised in impact investing. Zoe started her career at PWC, initially in their audit practice, followed by their business recovery and financial economics teams.
