At Dynamic we are passionate about sharing our knowledge and teaching the WHY, and not just the how. We believe that players need to understand why and how drills and their progressions translate into real, game-like situations. We also believe in the importance of helping players to understand the movements and various forms of body control such as edge work, weight shift, body rotation, hip alignment, and how these technical skills can be incorporated into tactical team play, so players can gain an advantage in games over their opponents... Our Dynamic Instructors are a team of former professional hockey players and elite level coaches with experience at every level up to and including the NHL. Our programs are designed from our years of learning as players and coaches while remaining relevant to how the game continues to evolve and change. Every session will have a purpose where each individual player's skill set is considered and time spent with us is transferable and beneficial..
