Barry B. Papazian, Q.C. is one of the founding partners at Papazian Heisey Myers. Barry is a litigation specialist and has extensive experience in many areas of litigation, including commercial, insurance and professional liability. He acts in defence of financial planners, including representation before the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada. He is also retained as an arbitrator, domestically as well as internationally. He has been a member of the Governing Council, University of Toronto and has acted in the past as Chairman of Insurance Advisory Boards set up from time to time by the Superintendent of Insurance under the Insurance Act for discipline of life agents. Barry was Director and Secretary of Burger King Holdings Canada until the 2014 merger with Tim's as a Public company. Barry continues to advise and represent many corporations active in development, construction and manufacturing, franchising enterprises in addition to his litigation and general advocacy practice.
