Alan's public sector clients in the municipal and development law area have included the Town of Markham, GO Transit, the Rouge Park Alliance, the Region of York, the City of Surrey B.C. and the City of Toronto.
Barry B. Papazian, Q.C. is one of the founding partners at Papazian Heisey Myers. Barry is a litigation specialist and has extensive experience in many areas of litigation, including commercial, insurance and professional liability. He acts in defence of financial planners, including representation before the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada. He is also retained as an arbitrator, domestically as well as internationally.
He has been a member of the Governing Council, University of Toronto and has acted in the past as Chairman of Insurance Advisory Boards set up from time to time by the Superintendent of Insurance under the Insurance Act for discipline of life agents.
Barry was Director and Secretary of Burger King Holdings Canada until the 2014 merger with Tim's as a Public company. Barry continues to advise and represent many corporations active in development, construction and manufacturing, franchising enterprises in addition to his litigation and general advocacy practice.

Seth Freedman's practice includes many aspects of real property law including: purchases, sales and financing of commercial and residential properties. Seth is also experienced in representing lenders. He acts for a variety of private and institutional clients who trust him to provide comprehensive due diligence, ensuring their funds are well protected.
Seth has successfully completed numerous real estate, corporate, and commercial transactions over the course of his career. He takes pride in his client centered approach and is committed to obtaining the best results for their individual needs.
In his free time, Seth enjoys helping out in the community, travelling, and enjoying time spent with his wife and their dog Nava.
