ANGELA HILL

Angela joined Ronmor in 2020 following nine years as the Director of Leasing & Marketing for an Alberta-based commercial real estate developer. In her previous role, she was involved in the full spectrum of commercial real estate from land acquisition to property management, taking on a very diverse role involving leasing, marketing, development, property management, design and construction. Angela is a graduate of Simon Fraser University and brings more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing and 13+ years' experience in real estate development. Angela has a love for fitness, travel, and spending time with her family and two children.

DALLAS WINGERAK - CEO

Dallas joined Ronmor in 2019. Prior to Ronmor, she had been a senior executive with Choice Properties REIT since its inception in 2013. At Choice Properties, she was involved in all facets of the business including strategic planning, operations, leasing, development, and asset management. Dallas also held progressively senior positions with Canadian retailers and within the consulting sector. With more than 25 years of broad industry exposure, Dallas has experience spanning the full life cycle of commercial real estate from strategy through to execution.

Doug Porozini - Chairman

Doug Porozni joined Ronmor Developers Inc. in 1998 and managed the acquisition, development, and operation of more than 1 million additional square feet to the real estate portfolio held by Ronmor. With developments in eight Western Canadian jurisdictions, Doug was the lead for a number of grocery/pharmacy-anchored retail centres as well as office, industrial, and mixed-use projects during his tenure with the company. Doug graduated with a Masters in Economics and a B.A. (Honours) from the University of Alberta and started his career with Global Affairs in Ottawa and then worked with two Provincial Ministers in the department of Housing & Public Works. After starting his land development career in Edmonton, he joined Oxford Properties Group as Office Leasing Manager. In 1984, Oxford relocated Doug to Calgary as the Development Manager for a large downtown land assembly in Eau Claire. His responsibilities included the Gray Family YMCA, Canterra Tower, and Calgary's Eaton Centre in the Core. He later left Oxford to establish the commercial division for Qualico Developments in Edmonton and Calgary and remained there for eight years before being invited to join Ronmor as an equity partner. Serving as Ronmor's Chairman since 2020, Doug has embarked on establishing a presence south of the border with the first project being a seven-acre commercial development site in Napa, California. Doug has also overseen Ronmor's private land bank and was the operations partner of their joint ventures in a variety of suburban communities including Yorkville, Silverado, Sage Hill, Nolan Hill, and Glacier Ridge. As part of his community involvement, Doug has been a member of the Commercial Industrial Committee at BILD Calgary for the past seven years and has also served five years on the Board of Directors of the University of Calgary Properties Group and University Innovate Trust which are both responsible for the development of University District - the mixed densification of undeveloped land owned by the University of Calgary. Doug has two children and two grandchildren and spends time at his two vacation properties in Okanagan Falls and Maui. Doug is also one of Ronmor's partners in the ownership of Highlander Wine & Spirits' retail stores.

HARRISON ZIVOT

Harrison has been with Ronmor Developers since 2011, working hands-on in various aspects of the business including leasing, development, finance, acquisitions, dispositions, and construction. Previous to Ronmor, Harrison was an Investment Analyst at a boutique investment banking firm where he had involvement with mergers, acquisitions, and corporate finance. Harrison obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Claremont McKenna College, where he played NCAA Varsity Baseball and co-founded an award-winning storage and moving business.

JANICE LUI

With 10 years of progressive Human Resources experience, primarily in the construction and property management industries, Janice has been involved in the entire employee life-cycle experience, including recruitment, talent management / development, as well as organizational change management. Before joining Ronmor in 2020, she was part of the team responsible for rebuilding an operations group and worked closely with the leadership team to develop a culture of employee engagement and accountability, inclusive of individual and team growth.

JAY GERMAN

Jay has more than 20 years of real estate and construction experience. Before joining Ronmor, he was a surety bond underwriter as well as the financial analyst and development manager with a major residential land developer in Calgary. Jay has extensive experience in valuation work and project financing as well as planning, engineering, and construction management. He is a graduate of the University of Lethbridge with a major in Finance, possesses an ACSB (Associate in Canadian Surety Bonding) designation, and passed the Level II CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) exam.

JEFFERY WILSON

Jeffery comes to Ronmor with 25 years of international experience and a well-rounded career in people industries; hospitality, remote working camps, and residential/commercial real estate. Most recently, Jeffery held the position of President for an international organization where he oversaw 100+ residential and commercial corporations in the Calgary market. Jeffery is known for his ‘can do' attitude and enjoys the challenges of running multiple commercial sites while maintaining a high level of customer service. Jeffery was on the Board of Directors for the REIC Calgary Chapter as Treasurer and holds the designations of ARM (Accredited Property Manager and CPM (Certified Property Management). Along with pursuing his Broker's license with RECA (Real Estate Counsel Alberta), Jeffery enjoys hiking in the mountains with his dog Rico and watching European ‘footie'.

KALEN MORTON

Kalen Morton joined Ronmor in the spring of 2017 following his most recent role as a member of the leasing team at a national office REIT. His experience includes leasing roles in office, industrial, and retail portfolios across Western Canada and in his career, to date, he has leased more than 5 million square feet. Kalen is a Mount Royal University graduate with a major in Business.

KEVIN PRITCHARD

Kevin oversees and executes Ronmor's development program. This includes evaluating exiting sites and new development opportunities with an eye on maximizing the income from each asset through intensification or redevelopment, and then executing that vision. Kevin's role requires financial expertise and the ability to collaborate with consultants, municipalities, and internal teams to meet all project objectives. Prior to Ronmor, Kevin was the Vice President of Development in Western Canada for Crombie, and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce co-op degree with a major in finance from Dalhousie University. Kevin has more than a decade of development experience including retail, multi-family, industrial, and office developments totaling in excess of $500M. 

MARTIN MARTINEZ-RIOS

Following five years in leadership positions with a leading residential property management company, Martin joined Ronmor in April of 2021. Most recently, Martin served as a Regional Manager for a local residential management firm and was involved with purchasing under-performing properties, renovating them to a branded standard, improving operating efficiencies, and repositioning them in the market for greater returns. Blending a formal background in Business, Hospitality, and Administration, Martin excels in providing outstanding customer service. He currently holds a designation as an Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) and is working toward his Residential Property Administrator (RPA) license. Martin is passionate about all things outdoors and loves spending time with his family.

RYAN DARRAGH

Ryan Darragh joined Ronmor in 2005 following his tenure as a member of a retail leasing team at a national commercial brokerage. Ryan has been integral in the acquisition, design, permitting, construction and management of Ronmor's assets and in doing so has established important relationships with key industry stakeholders. His experience spans the spectrum of retail, industrial, office, and mixed-use projects throughout Western Canada in which he has completed hundreds of lease transactions and helped build more than $250 million dollars of commercial real estate. Ryan is a University of Calgary Commerce graduate with a major in Finance, a CCIM Candidate, and a member of both BILD Calgary and the International Council of Shopping Centres (ICSC). Ryan has a love for sports, travelling and spending time with his two children.

SCOTT HERMAN

Scott's professional experience includes 20+ years as a real estate specialist with particular focus on asset management, sustainability, leasing, and project management. He joined Ronmor in 2020 from an international firm where he served as General Manager for 13 years in the Saskatoon, Vancouver and Calgary markets. Scott is highly-focused on delivering first-class tenant experiences and this is evidenced by being the recipient of one of only ten North American winners of his previous firms' Excellence Award in 2010. He was also responsible for developing an AAA-class service platform for a 31-storey office tower in downtown Vancouver. Scott holds the professional designations of Real Property Administrator and LEED Accredited Professional with Specialty (ID+C).

SHAMINDER BRAR

As Controller, Shaminder leads the accounting team, drives ongoing process improvement and is a key partner to the CFO to ensure goals are achieved. Shaminder possesses more than 10 years of auditing and accounting experience through her work in public practice accounting as well as the real estate and professional services industries. Prior to joining Ronmor, she held progressively senior positions overseeing the accounting and financial reporting functions, most recently as Controller of The Cardon Group. Shaminder holds her CPA, CA designation and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Manitoba as well as a Master of Professional Accounting degree from the University of Saskatchewan.

SHERRY MAcDONALD - CFO

Sherry joined the Ronmor team as Chief Financial Officer in 2021 and is responsible for financial reporting/planning, budgeting, taxation, treasury, risk management, and the company's information technology strategy. Sherry has more than 20 years of professional experience across a number of industries with a focus on construction. She has been a key member of Executive Leadership Teams for a number of years with extensive involvement in operations and strategic planning. Sherry is a Chartered Professional Accountant, CA and a graduate from Saint Francis Xavier University with both a Bachelor of Business Administration and Bachelor of Information Technology degree.

WARREN BULLOCK

As a native Albertan, Warren has been involved with real estate and property management since 2014. After his work as a Realtor in the residential and rural sectors, he moved to Calgary in 2016 and focused primarily on development and commercial real estate management. Having overseen sizable and varied portfolios, Warren has a strong track record of elevating building profiles, reducing vacancy, stabilizing, and increasing value of assets and mitigating risk. Warren prides himself on building lasting relationships with clients based on honesty, integrity, and trust.
