SCAN PRODUCTIONS

Scan Productions is a film and production company based in Cork and working all around Ireland, the UK and further afield. Founded by cameraman and producer James Scanlan in 2014. We specialise in cinematic promotional videos and television commercials that vary in style according to our clients needs and aspirations... Although we work all over Ireland and overseas, we love to keep things local. Something we have noticed over the years is that although the film and tv scene is growing in the south of Ireland, there weren't many resources available here. So in 2019 we did a trial run renting out our equipment in between shoots. This proved very successful and in 2020 we officially launched the Equipment Rental side of our business. We are constantly expanding our range of gear both for our own needs and for our customers and we are delighted to be able to serve the film and television industry here in the south of Ireland and further afield.
