I'm Chrissie Whitfield, and I founded Whitfield Factor to help individuals and organisations achieve success... Over 25 years in senior director, strategic management and IT programme delivery and change roles allowed me to pinpoint the issues getting in the way of success and resolve them. Now, with a diploma in coaching, and a wide range of life experiences, I have turned my attention to doing the same for the individuals and organisations I coach. My passion is empowering others to define their goals and purpose and take control of their future success along whichever path they choose to take. My goal is to support people to become the best possible version of themselves... I don't go easy on people or businesses who want to change their lives and seize new opportunities after all, change isn't easy. I will, however, be your number-one supporter, motivator, and strategist to ensure that you achieve all your goals and more.
