Jaskaran graduated and with aspirations of going into property development, recently joined the business as a trainee lettings negotiator and is now a fully fledged negotiator. He has only been with the company for a short period of time but is already developing as an integral part of our growing team. He has a knack for dealing with customers in a polite and professional manner, priding himself on being able to offer the highest level of service, whilst trying to source them to their dream home. He is soon to start studying for his NFOPP qualifications and plans to continue to enhance his skills and further himself within the property industry.
Sanjay has been involved in the property industry for over fifteen years. Building up a wealth of knowledge and experience, dealing with sales & lettings within both the commercial & residential markets. Starting off as a trainee for a leading multi branch agency based in South West London, he then moved onto manage a specialist independent agency in West London and then manage an office for a corporate multi branch firm dealing with the prime central London market. Having seen how some independent firms lacked the professionalism and transparency that was often available with the larger corporates, he decided to setup Vine Estates in early 2013. The aim being to offer clients the level of service associated with the corporates, whilst being able to maintain the lower fees that often attracts clients to the independents. Growing the business predominantly through client referrals, he has taken the business from serviced offices in Ealing Broadway, to the opening of the first shop fronted branch in Hillingdon.
