Adam joined KAM in 2022 to help lead the Bristol office. He has more than 10 years' experience in private sector development, with a particular focus on residential and commercial office projects. Adam's main area of practice has been in two-stage design and build contracting. He has worked on a range of mixed-use schemes and masterplans, including medium and high-rise tower construction.
Adam originally trained as a building surveyor, before going on to work as a quantity surveyor for main contractor Walter Lilly, delivering super prime homes in Central London. This provided him with the opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience. He then joined the specialist residential team at cost consultancy Core Five, where he completed a commercial management degree and qualified as a chartered quantity surveyor in 2017.
Since relocating to Bristol in 2021, Adam has taken on the role of Vice Chair of the Southwest branch of the Forum for Tomorrow. He is also an active member of the British Council for Offices. Adam is a qualified RICS APC Assessor and enjoys supporting the next generation of cost managers.
Amy is one of our senior associates and has been with KAM since the formation of the business in 2013.
With more than 15 years' experience in the construction industry Amy is highly experienced in industrial, commercial and education sectors and has actively been involved in the delivery of more than 5m sq ft of distribution space, elements of which included the integration of complex automation systems.
Amy is responsible for providing project management, contract administration and employer's agent roles for our clients.
She is skilled at stakeholder management and developing clearly defined work streams and actions for project teams.
Valuing the importance of strong communication Amy regularly convenes and chairs, project team and site progress meetings.

Craig is the lead Director of our Bristol office and heads up the South West region for KAM. He brings almost 20 years of cost management and employers agent experience in the Bristol property market, servicing a wide range of private sector Clients predominantly in the commercial, residential, mixed-use and industrial sectors.
Craig previously worked as Director at Currie & Brown before joining KAM in June 2022. He was an active representative of Currie & Brown's national commercial & industrial sector working group. Craig has managed the procurement and contract negotiations on some of the most high-profile major commercial office developments in Bristol city centre including EQ, Assembly and Halo.
Craig recognises the importance of building strong relationships with all project team members and working collaboratively to achieve successful project outcomes. He takes personal responsibility for his projects, leading a dedicated team and acting as the main point of contact for the Client on all matters.

Darren is one of our directors and the operations lead for the team in the UK.
Darren has been with KAM since 2014 and has extensive market experience ranging from manufacturing through to distribution and infrastructure. He is a key member of our industrial team and has played a pivotal role in some of the most significant projects delivered in the UK, including distribution centres for B&Q and Sainsbury's.
His key responsibilities include feasibility studies, value engineering, benchmarking, key cost drivers, commercial management & procurement, and supply chain knowledge.
Darren is a member of the Chartered Institute of Building and has been involved in key areas of the business such as cost management, contract administration and employers agent. He is passionate about the industrial sector and delivering successful projects to clients.

David is the lead director for our Cambridge office and the managing director of KAM GmbH.
David has a broad range of experience having working in the industry for over 20 years. He has managed and delivered many complex projects in the UK and in Europe with specific responsibilities for employer's agent, contract administration, cost management and key account management.
David integrates well within project teams and provides a structured and committed approach. He is a strong believer of long-term relationships with clients, so works effortlessly to ensure the project delivery meets and exceeds our clients' expectations.
He is commercially aware and has a strong attention to details when delivering projects to the highest standard possible and in a timely and cost-efficient manner. He is responsible for highlighting risk and reporting on the performance and progress of any development.
Iain is one of our directors and the head of project management at KAM.
He brings over 30 years construction & project management experience, in both building and civil engineering covering a range of sectors. At KAM he has delivered more than 10m sq ft of logistics and distribution facilities and managed the design and construction of the largest logistics building in the UK.
Iain has successfully led many projects specialising in logistics and research laboratories. He has worked with a number of blue-chip clients such as Panattoni, ASDA, the Medical Research Council and Cancer Research UK.
Having experience as both a consultant and contractor Iain understands the construction process and the interdependencies to enable successful projects. He drives to deliver excellence for clients on every project.
Laurence is one of our directors and the head of people at KAM.
Laurence joined the business back in 2018 and has 20 years' experience in the industrial sector, where he has worked on a range of high-profile projects delivering industrial buildings both as speculative units and for end users with complex requirements.
Lee has been with KAM from the formation of the business, rising from graduate cost manager all the way to his recent appointment as director in 2023.
He has more than 15 years' experience in the manufacturing, distribution, commercial and infrastructure sectors and has delivered cost management and employer's agent roles on c. 6m sq ft of warehouse delivery.
Lee is passionate about working in a team to drive towards a common goal and is always committed to doing so in an effective, timely and accurate manner. His areas of expertise are in feasibility studies, commercial management & procurement, and contract administration.
Lucy joined our team of directors in 2023 after being with the business since 2015 and leads the team in our Leicester office.
Responsible for leading a number of high-profile projects, Lucy carries out project management, contract administration and employer's agent roles throughout the full life cycle of a project and has extensive pre and post contract experience. During her career Lucy has been involved in the construction of build to suit and speculative shell industrial and logistics build projects, customer fit outs in new and existing buildings, major remediation and infrastructure schemes and has managed the integration of large, complex automation fit out schemes.
She is a key member of the KAM team who integrates well within project teams and strongly believes in the importance of establishing working relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.

Mark is one of our directors and the head of finance and governance at KAM.
Mark joined KAM back in 2015 and has more than 30 years' experience working in the industry. Having an extensive and diverse career with leading consultancies, he possesses excellent foresight and ability in the planning, management, and delivery of projects. His excellent ability to communicate effectively at all levels and his understanding of key drivers enables him to ensure that these are driven through the project process to help deliver success at every stage.
Throughout his career Mark has gained key experience in office, industrial, leisure, retail, education, healthcare, transport, and residential sectors. His core service line skills include feasibility studies, cost modelling, cost planning, project procurement strategy & tendering techniques, post contract cost control, cost analysis, contract procedure & administration, risk analysis, cost reporting and claims management, undertaken as a cost manager, employer's representative, project manager and contract administrator.
Mark ensures a positive attitude is promoted within all teams, both company and project related, to motivate and assist them to achieve the best possible performance.
Mark is a director of KAM and leads our Manchester office. He brings 30 years of experience in cost & project management, servicing a range of market sectors across the UK, Europe and Middle East. Mark is also responsible for business development and marketing at KAM.
He has vast experience in successfully leading projects across the property sector and has led specialist sectors in both UK and Middle East regions.
Mark's depth of experience and success has been underpinned by striving to deliver excellence for Clients, to understand their aspirations and to help them achieve solutions to the challenges they face.

Mat joined KAM in 2017 as a senior cost manager before being promoted to an associate in 2019 and senior associate in 2021. Mat leads the KAM team in our Nottingham office.
Mat has led many projects, undertaking both employer's agent and cost management roles. He believes long term relationships with clients and team members are extremely important, so works to ensure the project delivery not only meets but exceeds client expectations.
With over thirteen years' experience in the industrial, infrastructure and power sectors, Mat has worked for developers, occupiers, and contractors. He has also been a member of the Royal institute of Chartered Surveyors since 2018.
Miles has worked on a significant number of distribution projects, including personally undertaking the cost and contract administration of projects totalling over 5 million sq ft. He has worked with blue chip clients and led and supported colleagues in delivering a significant amount more.
His in-depth expertise comes from working with both developers and occupiers. He is instrumental in supporting the project managers by providing fast and accurate cost information as well as informed procurement advice.
Miles also brings experience in the manufacturing, food and aviation sectors.
Phil has nearly 25 years' experience in the construction industry and joined KAM in 2018. Phil has a broad knowledge of construction and has significant experience in the industrial, residential, retail, education, and manufacturing sectors.
A chartered member of the RICS since 2009, Phil plays a lead role in cost management, contract administration and employer's agent roles in the business. He also leads the benchmarking and data capture functions for KAM.
Phil is committed to accurately delivering the client's requirements through all stages of the project lifecycle. He is a reliable and structured professional who prides himself on building strong working relationships with his clients and project teams.
Scott is our managing director and is responsible for the operation of all facets of the business.
He has been with KAM since its inception in 2013 and has been an integral part in the successful growth of KAM.
Scott is a project manager with more than 25 years' experience in the construction industry, the last 17 years of which have been solely in the industrial sector. During this time, he has managed a huge variety of industrial and distribution developments. These projects have ranged from developer led base builds, to the full spectrum of customer fit-outs. A significant strength of Scott's is the successful delivery of large complex automated fit-outs and the integration of these systems into the building, including projects undertaken while the building remained fully operational.
Throughout his career he has developed long standing relationships with his clients, managing extensive teams on challenging projects. The culture he embodies on projects and in the business, is very much focused on One Team Delivering Excellence.
Steve joined KAM Project Consultants Ltd at its start and, with over 20 years' experience in the Construction Management environment, brings a broad market experience predominantly in the manufacturing, distribution, commercial and infrastructure sectors. He is a key member of our Industrial team and has been instrumental in the delivery of 2.7m sq. ft of distribution facilities.
Steve is a member of the RICS and for the last 22 years has been heavily involved in disciplines such as Cost Management, Contract Administration, and Employers Agent. One of his key strengths is his ability to understand quickly project cost drivers and key design criteria. Steve's areas of expertise are in feasibility studies, value engineering, sustainability, commercial management & procurement and supply chain knowledge.

Tobias is a director of project management and country lead for the KAM business in Germany.
With 28 years' experience in the construction industry, specifically in the industrial sector, he provides a thorough service in project, programme, and cost management. He has delivered project management services across mainland Europe and the UK and is both fluent in German and English.
