I qualified as a Veterinary Care Assistant in 2020 with future hopes of becoming a Veterinary Nurse. I am also a British Horse Society Riding Instructor, freelance teaching on weekends. In my spare time I enjoy the gym, riding and spending time with friends and family. I have a dog named Mator, who was named by my son after the rusty tow truck in Disney Cars.

I have worked in Veterinary Care since 2016 in a busy small animal practice in West London. I started out as a part-time receptionist, then moved up to head receptionist and spent my final year as a Patient Care Assistant.
I moved to Somerset with my family and pets in October 2020 and joined Natures Vet as an Animal Nursing Assistant. In September 2021 I started my Veterinary Nurse training.
I love keeping active in my spare time and I enjoy creating vegan versions of family favourite recipes.
I have a beautiful black cat and a quirky Collie cross who keep me on my toes.
Alex qualified as a vet from the University of Bristol in 2022. During her degree, she intercalated in Medical Humanities and still enjoys writing and painting in her spare time.
She doesn't have any pets at the moment but loves seeing her family cat Jessie when visiting home in the Netherlands.
Carys graduated as a vet from the University of Bristol in 2023. Prior to, throughout university and to this day, she has always had a keen interest in exotic pet medicine, with a particular focus on the welfare and husbandry of small mammals such as African pygmy hedgehogs and rabbits.
Outside of vet life, Carys enjoys bike riding, running, and perfecting her culinary skills.

Dave qualified from the Royal Veterinary College in London. He has previously managed a veterinary practice in Cheshire and worked for an emergency veterinary service in Liverpool. Dave has a keen interest in veterinary opthalmology. He lives near Frome with his wife, their two children and their ginger cat, Baker.
James qualified as a Vet from Cambridge University in 2020, working as a Small Animal Vet in Bedfordshire before relocating to Bath with his partner in 2022. He enjoys the variety of surgical and medical cases that comes with Small Animal General Practice.
Outside of his job, he is likely to be found running or cycling.
Josie qualified as a vet from Bristol after completing a zoology degree at Cambridge. She joined Natures Vet in 2017 and after a temporary relocation to Australia and is happy to have rejoined the team in 2019. Josie lives near Bristol with her family and pets.

Emma qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2006 and joined Natures Vet in May 2021 following a break from nursing to raise her family and Cocker Spaniel, Dottie. She enjoys all aspects of nursing and in her spare time likes keeping active.

I qualified in 2019 in a small animal practice in Bristol. Living locally near a reptile shop, I have gained some experience with reptiles and exotic species. I enjoy all aspects of nursing however I have a strong interest in anaesthesia and emergency critical care.

Jackie joined Natures Vet in 2017 having spent the previous two years with Bath Vet Group. Jackie has many years' experience within the veterinary industry having also worked as a veterinary assistant previously. Jackie lives near Paulton with her Springer Spaniel Florence.

I joined Natures Vets in 2020 after moving from Brighton where I qualified in 2014. I enjoy all aspects of nursing and have a keen interest in arthritic cases, anaesthesia and wildlife.
I live in Bath with my partner, young son, Scottie dog Maude and a feisty feline named Gilbert. In my spare time I enjoy playing guitar, growing food and brewing beer.

Kath joined Natures Vet in March 2023 and she has an experienced background in admin. Kath has a Cavashon called Peggy and in her spare time, she likes to knit and read.

Having previously worked for Bath Vet Group for 6 years, Paula joined Natures Vet at the beginning of April 2017.
Paula spends her spare time giving plenty of attention to her black Labrador Shadow and looking after her family.

Sarah started working at Natures Vet in November 2021 after previously working as a pet shop manager. Sarah helps out with the animals and at reception. She is keen to progress to Veterinary Nursing in the future. She lives locally with her family and 2 cats, Lily and Abi. In her spare time, Sarah enjoys cooking and photography.

Sarah has worked on reception at Natures Vets since 2010. She divides her time between working as a receptionist in Paulton and as a horse-riding instructor at a local riding school. In her spare time, Sarah teaches swimming, goes show jumping with her horse Saffi and looks after her animals including Oliver & Rupert Bear the Labradors and Murphy, Mitchell, Matilda & Mackintosh the cats.

Sharon has worked with us since early 2014, helping out with the animals and on reception. She lives in Radstock with her partner and her daughter. When Sharon isn't working, she spends time with her working dogs who are called Sky, Peg and Bill and also, racing her Lurcher called Fenn.

Sharon has worked in Veterinary Practice since 2002. She qualified as a Veterinary Nurse in 2008 and spent many years working in Small Animal Practice before joining Natures Vet in 2016. As a Nurse she enjoyed consulting with a particular interest (and certificate) in Nutrition.
During her time at Natures Vet, Sharon has worked as Head Nurse before progressing on to Practice Manager in 2021.
Vanessa has been qualified since 2013 and worked in a variety of veterinary practices over the years, both first opinion and referral. Vanessa joined Natures Vet Clinic in May 2023 as Head Veterinary Nurse. Vanessa has a keen interest in anaesthesia and recently completed her PGCertAVN in Anaesthesia and Analgesia. Outside of work, Vanessa enjoys following F1 and visiting country shows and food festivals.
