Ian McFarlane

Ian McFarlane brings broad understanding and experience in the challenges of business improvement. In his 30 years of experience with driving business performance turnaround and improvement, strong business culture has remained the foundation of every improvement journey. A general management practitioner with strong technical, financial, marketing, sales and leadership skills, Ian has worked in industries spanning new technologies, metals, building systems, FMCG, manufacturing and distribution. Ian is driven by strong beliefs in what constitutes a successful business. Profitable financial performance is an inevitable outcome from applying the principal tenets of 1) delivering reliable value for clients and 2) that the organisation's people are at one with the business' objectives & communication styles, have the confidence to make good decisions, and genuinely enjoy the experience of being a member of the business team. He attributes his track record of business performance improvement to cohesive teams with an appetite for succeeding. Ian holds a Degree in Business Management (QUT) and a Grad Dip in Export.

Michael Taggart

Michael Taggart brings an impressive wealth of expertise and practical OD experience to each piece of work. He is a well-respected HR and OD practitioner with strong technical, leadership, management, program design and cross-cultural relationship skills, which he has utilised in a range of organisations worldwide, including all across Australia, Indonesia, South Africa, Kenya and the UK. Over the past 30 years, he has worked with large and small organisations to bring about organisation change and to improve performance through cultural initiatives and leadership development. Over the last 12 years Michael has specialised on working with organisations that are going through considerable change. In particular he was the lead culture advisor for the merger of financial institutions in Indonesia, South Africa and Kenya, as well as supporting cultural changes for the energy and mining industry in Australia. Michael is a strong leader. He has held leadership roles in both government and non-government organisations, such as Director of OD for ASIC and Head of Development for the National Health Service in the UK. He has successfully implemented programs with well integrated gender components and led multicultural teams to achieve demonstrated public sector reform. He has a solid track record of developing staff, giving them the technical capacity and the confidence to progress within their organisations. He is personally driven to motivate and provide opportunities for individuals to realise their potential. Michael holds a Master's Degree in Organisation Change, and various Diplomas in OHS, NLP, Engineering Management, General Management and HR.

Gifted with a sharp mind, an innate ability to connect with others and an insatiable thirst for excellence, Rhiannon is the "go-to" leader for a whole gamut of clients. Although her skill set is vast her greatest expertise revolves in the world of digital media. Over the last 17 years Rhiannon has honed her skills in design, development and strategy to emerge as a strong driving force behind the business. As delicate as a hand grenade, Rhiannon is driven by the desire to push the boundaries creatively and deliver reliable content for the end consumer.
