Brittany is an associate attorney with the Albright Family Law Group. Brittany has worked in the legal field handling hundreds of civil and family law matters involving divorce and child custody matters. She prides herself in giving clients personalized attention when handling their cases. She obtained her B.A. in political science with a minor in French from California State University San Marcos. She then went on to attend law school and graduated from California Western School of Law. Brittany is admitted to practice law in the State of California. Prior to handling Family Law matters, Brittany worked in a high-volume civil litigation firm as a paralegal handling hundreds of cases in almost every county of California. She has extensive knowledge of the Rules of Civil Procedure and California Rules of the Court. She also volunteered her time, becoming a founding intern at Pag-Asa Law Clinic where she handled Refugee and Asylum immigration matters. Brittany has a passion for child advocacy and domestic violence matters. During her undergraduate career, she conducted extensive research focusing on the Child Welfare System in California. Her research continued during law school where she had the opportunity to study with Alliance for HOPE International and researched the science of hope and its applicability to the child welfare system, developing new ways and legislative proposals for child welfare policy and departments. Brittany has handled numerous domestic violence and restraining order cases. Brittany has specialized training in domestic violence and strangulation from The Strangulation Institute on Strangulation Prevention. She has used this training to help read the warning signs of domestic abuse and help victims obtain safety from their abusers. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, paddle boarding, hiking, and traveling.
