Aaron joined AllanMcNeill as an Associate in March 2023.
With over 10 years experience working in rural public practice, Aaron is passionate about working with his clients to achieve their business goals and aspirations. He has a keen interest in the primary sector and enjoys working with clients to navigate the constantly changing landscape. Aaron looks for efficiencies for clients through the use of technology and the utilisation of software to allow clients to free-up time to work on their businesses. Aaron also serves on the National CAANZ Rural Sector Committee.
Aaron was born and bred in Dannevirke where he resides with his wife Emily, and two sons Braxton and Kupa. He is heavily involved in the community and is active in many non-profit and sports organisations around Tararua.

Hayden's key strength is finding solutions that add value to his client's businesses. He challenges them, communicates in ‘plain' language and prides himself on providing sound advice to make sure that there are no surprises along the way.
Hayden was brought up on a farm and recognises the challenges farmers and agribusinesses face. While farming is in his blood and family farm succession is a key area of interest, his accounting knowledge and advisory has also helped a large number of commercial businesses to grow and thrive as well.
Lyndell was appointed as an Associate of AllanMcNeill in 2016.
She first joined our Feilding team as an accounting junior in 1994, and became a Chartered Accountant in 2003.
With strong expertise in tax, Lyndell is very client focused and a great problem solver. From small to big business, Lyndell establishes strong, long term relationships and evaluates systems and software to produce accurate, timely reports that add value.
Rachael became an Associate in our Palmerston North office in July 2021, having joined AllanMcNeill in 2012 after graduating from Massey University. She became a Chartered Accountant at the end of 2015.
Growing up on a Sheep and Beef farm, it was the business side of her family farming operation that interested her. As a key part of the Palmerston North agribusiness team, she now provides business and strategic solutions for a number of farming families, just like hers.
Rachael has really enjoyed transitioning a number of her clients to Xero and Figured. She's seen firsthand the impact utilising software tools has had on her clients' success.
Rachael is also a busy mum to two toddlers and has a passion for women's rugby. She plays lock for the Manawatu Cyclones which has made two semi-finals in the nationwide Farah Palmer Cup during Rachael's time with the team.
