Denise Marshall joined Allianz Partners in 2009 and has over 20 years of experience as a human resources leader and corporate strategist. Denise is responsible for managing all aspects of human resources for our North America region. Her oversight includes talent acquisition and development, compensation and benefits, associate relations, and associate engagement and communication, as well as strategic human resources planning and change management.
Prior to Allianz Partners, Denise held positions at LandAmerica Financial Group including Vice President of HR where she developed a comprehensive human resources plan for the Commercial Channel supporting 1200 domestic and international employees and Vice President of Corporate Strategy where she managed enterprise-wide efforts to create and implement a Superior Service process for all Business Channels which was comprised of 16,000 associates.
Denise has a BA in Human Resources from the University of Richmond and is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by SHRM.

Emily Hartman is a natural leader who believes positive touchpoints with customers are the cornerstone of success. As Chief, Business Teams, she continually inspires everyone around her to influence all aspects of our business and find innovative solutions that improve the travel experience. With over 20 years of product, operations, and strategic partner experience across multiple industries, Emily works closely with all aspects of our business to foster collaboration across teams and ensure growth for partners and sustainability for customers.
Emily earned her Bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Shepherd University, and she uses her skills to coordinate with SLT and functional leaders to define key short- and long-term strategic priorities-shaping our responses to the rapidly changing market. Our customers and partners are her first priority, and she believes it is essential we can quickly adapt to our products and services to be there for the people who depend on us.

Heather McIntyre joined Allianz Partners in 2022 as Chief Operations Officer. An insurance industry veteran with over 19 years of experience, Heather brings with her a commitment to customer care and strategic planning expertise.
Prior to Allianz Partners, Heather worked with GEICO, where she started in 2003 as part of the Management Development Program and worked her way up to the position of Vice President of Customer Experience and Customer Relationship Management.
Heather is passionate about supporting women in the workforce. She is a member of Chief, a network created to support women in leadership roles, and served on the Advisory Board for the Elevate Women in Leadership Program during her time at GEICO.
She holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and an MBA in marketing from the University of Tampa. During her time at the University of Tampa, she was active in the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity.

Jack is passionate about the law because it protects customers-just like we do. As Chief Legal Officer, Jack is responsible for managing the legal team in the U.S., as well as overseeing the legal team in Canada. He has served 9 years as Chairman of the U.S. Travel Insurance Association's (USTiA) Law and Regulation Committee. Before joining the company, Jack worked for several insurers and brokers, in private practice, and as General Counsel for the New Hampshire Insurance Department. In each of these roles, Jack advised on regulatory, compliance, claims, litigation and risk issues to help businesses effectively navigate risk and legal requirements. Jack also serves on the Economic Development Authority and Main Street Boards for his hometown of Ashland, Virginia.
Jack graduated from University of New Hampshire Law School in 1994, and became a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) in 1996. In 1999, he received his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Boston College. In 2018, he was inducted into the Federation of Regulatory Counsel (FORC).

Jeff Wright is a collaborative leader with an extensive financial background and a passion for high quality customer and business partner experiences. As CEO, he works with all aspects of the business, supporting our teams to ensure we continue offering innovative products and services that meet the changing needs of travelers-so we can always be there when they need help.
Jeff joined Allianz Partners as Chief Financial Officer in 2019, with over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry. Prior to Allianz Partners, Jeff worked at Genworth Financial, where he was CFO of the US life insurance division, which had over $80 billion in assets and annual revenue of $4 billion. He also led a direct finance and actuarial team of 130 associates. His work history spans treasury, financial planning and analysis, rating agencies, reinsurance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Jeff graduated from the University of Richmond with a Bachelor of Science in business administration and holds a MBA from the University of Maryland.

Joe is responsible for all aspects of the company's marketing strategy, product management, optimization, media relations, and innovation efforts. He joined Allianz Partners in 2014 as the Chief Marketing Officer of the U.S. business and was named to his global position in 2017, including an active international assignment overseeing the company's expansion efforts in Europe.
During his time at Allianz Partners, Joe and his team have led the transformation of the travel line of business from one of basic travel insurance to one of more robust, end-to-end travel protection. By delivering products and services that provide a greater sense of safety, security, and well-being, the company has benefited from strong revenue and customer growth, while also receiving consistent industry acclaim, including 4 consecutive Travel Weekly Readers Choice awards for best insurance provider.
Prior to joining Allianz Partners, Joe spent nearly 20 years in the financial services industry where he held senior leadership positions across marketing, strategy, and analytics for Capital One Financial Corporation and Intersections Inc. During these tenures, Joe was instrumental in driving a customer-first culture and introducing a host of innovations, including being awarded patents for life stage marketing and social networking, along with several design patents.
Joe holds a master's degree in business administration from the College of William & Mary and a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Virginia. He currently resides in Paris, France with his wife and two children.

Joe has learned throughout his career that insurance is all about making and keeping promises to customers-which he believes is the heart of his role at Allianz Partners. Joe is a successful leader and brings a deep understanding of process improvement, technology, and product experience. As Chief, Business Execution and Performance, Joe and his team are responsible for driving the execution of many dimensions of our business strategy and finding new ways to enhance the overall performance of our business.
Before joining our team, he earned a reputation of delivering commercial and operational results through collaborative leadership, strong execution focus, and building highly effective teams. His previous industry experience spans insurance, reverse mortgage, forward mortgage, private label credit card, fleet leasing, and aerospace technology.
Joe holds a bachelor's degree in mathematics from Bucknell University and a master's degree in finance from NYU Stern School of Business.
Patrick Espeut joined Allianz Partners as Chief Financial Officer in 2020, with over 20 years of experience in senior-level financial positions. He is currently responsible for driving and implementing the financial business strategy for the US and North America. In addition, Patrick is serving in volunteer leadership roles as President of the Canadian Insurance Accountants Association and treasurer of the Canadian Association of Black Insurance Professionals.
Prior to joining the Allianz family, Patrick was the Chief Financial and Chief Risk Officer at Echelon, a large Canadian public property and casualty insurer. His responsibilities included being the management lead on the Audit and Risk Committee, Investment Committee, and Board of Directors meetings.
Patrick graduated from the University of Toronto with a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and holds a CPA from the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada.

Ricky Horwitz has been with Allianz Partners since 1999. Largely responsible for the growth of the online travel distribution and global accounts, he has played a significant role in the company's success over the past decade.
Prior to leading the global travel sales team, Ricky served in a number of key management roles with the company, including vice president of strategic partnerships, where he acquired the first airline partner to offer Allianz Travel Insurance in its global booking path. Ricky's expertise in strategic sales planning, new business development, and relationship management has made him a strong sales leader for Allianz.
Ricky began building his relationship management skills as director of family and camping services with the Richmond Jewish Community Center. Serving in this role for four years, he worked with 800 children from kindergarten-age through high school.
Ricky has a Bachelor of Arts in sociology from Virginia Commonwealth University and is a member of the American Society of Travel Agents (ASTA), Computerized Airline Sales and Marketing Association (CASMA), and National Business Travel Association (NBTA).
Robert Cavaliere joined Allianz Partners in 2002 and has more than 25 years of insurance industry experience. He now serves as Chief Sales Officer for our US business with responsibility for strategic sales planning, new business development, and relationship management across the country.
Rob has held various leadership positions during his career with Allianz, including overseeing product design, compliance, and marketing, where his teams have won more than a dozen national awards for innovations in insurance products and technology. Rob now applies that expertise and his passions for travel insurance and relationship building to leading our US Sales team.
Prior to joining Allianz Partners, Rob served in strategic planning, corporate development, and marketing positions with Prudential Financial, CIGNA, Morgan Stanley Dean Witter, and Shearson Lehman Hutton. He is an active member of the U.S. Travel Insurance Association (USTIA) and has filled several key committee roles for that trade group.
Rob holds a bachelor's degree in economics and finance from the University of Scranton.
