Cacie Goetz-Campos is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She began her career in health care when she was only 19 years old in the southern California area. Since that time, she has logged nearly twenty years of experience in various areas of nursing care (registered dental assistant, patient safety assistant, quality/risk management coordinator, medical/surgical nurse, clinical nurse coordinator, Magnet Ambassador, clinical nurse manager, and nurse practitioner). In addition to her extensive clinical experience, Cacie also has an outstanding academic background that includes two bachelor's degrees (a BS in Healthcare Administration and a BSN in Nursing) and a Master of Science in Nursing from the Family Nurse Practitioner Program, The University of Phoenix, Arizona.

Deborah Pallett completed her Master's degree to become a Physician Assistant (P.A.) at the University of Iowa. She started her career working in a community health center in rural California through a government scholarship program. She spent a number of years in family practice and then oncology before specializing in dermatology. Prior to completing her training she worked in the field of environmental education and holds a Master's degree in experiential education from Northern Illinois University. She received her undergraduate degree from Northern Arizona University. Debbie is married and has two children. She and her family relocated to Prescott, Arizona in December of 2008.

Dr. Carlos Rodriguez is a native of Chicago, IL, and earned both his undergraduate and medical degrees from the University of Illinois. He completed a residency in dermatology at Cook County Hospital, as well as a dermatopathology fellowship at the prestigious University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He has been in private practice in Arizona since 2010.
Dr. Rodriguez divides his time working as a dermatopathologist and Mohs surgeon. Dermatopathology is a subspecialty of dermatology and anatomic pathology that focuses on the diagnosis of skin diseases at the cellular level. Mohs micrographic surgery combines the excision of malignant skin tumors with microscopic examination done in real-time. Dr. Rodriguez has completed extensive formal training in the histologic interpretation of cutaneous biopsies, and he is triple-board certified in Dermatology, Dermatopathology, and Mohs Surgery by both the American Boards of Dermatology and Pathology.
During his time away from the clinic and microscope, Dr. Rodriguez is an avid reader and martial artist. He has taught and competed in the sport of Brazilian jiu-jitsu for more than two decades, and still participates regularly in various national and international tournaments. Dr. Rodriguez is fluent in English, Portuguese and Spanish.

Dr. Mark Gruszynski is a Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon specializing in aesthetic/cosmetic surgery of the nose, face, breast and body. His passion for delivering natural results with minimal downtime is deeply rooted in his artistic inclination and dedication to technical precision. Dr. Gruzsynski completed his plastic surgery training at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). Long considered to be one of the top plastic surgery training programs in the country, his mentors include pioneers of the field based in world famous Beverly Hills, where he continues to see and treat patients.

Dr. Ray Johnson has been providing dermatology care in Arizona since 2001 and started Arizona Dermatology Group in 2005. He has been board certified in dermatology since 1999. Dr. Johnson has a broad range of expertise from Mohs surgery to medical and cosmetic dermatology including the latest laser technology.
Dr. Johnson attended medical school at Columbia University in New York City and did his dermatology residency at Yale University. He first started working as a dermatologist in Connecticut and New York before relocating to Arizona.
When not seeing patients, Dr. Johnson enjoys riding his mountain bike and hiking or skiing and snowboarding in the winter.

Dr. Rita Fisler is a Board-Certified Dermatologist with over 15 years of experience. She is a graduate of Harvard Medical School and was the Chief Resident in her dermatology residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center. She has completed several publications and has an extensive history in clinical research.
Dr. Fisler is an active member of the Integrative Dermatology Association, Institute for Functional Medicine, American College of Lifestyle Medicine, Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, American Society for Laser Surgery and Medicine, and Phoenix Dermatologic Society. Additionally, she is a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Outside of work, you will find Dr. Fisler enjoying her time outdoors mountain biking, trail-running, hiking, backpacking, doing yoga, and spending time with her family. Dr. Fisler is fluent in English and French.

Emily Brewton is a certified physician assistant with over 7 years of experience. She began her career in family medicine before transitioning to dermatologic care. In 2016, Emily completed the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistant (SDPA) fellowship program which encompasses 64.5 hours of AAPA accredited Category 1 CME training for physician assistants working in the field of dermatology. In addition to her extensive experience, Emily also has an outstanding academic background that includes a bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona and a master's degree from Northern Arizona University. As our provider of choice, Emily is kind, caring, and professional. She strives to listen to her patient's concerns and recommend appropriate treatment plans that fit their budget and lifestyle. She is driven to provide excellent care with consistent results and continually advances her education and skills to ensure she is always on top of the latest knowledge and techniques. As a native of Arizona, Emily is excited to put down roots in the Prescott area and raise her own family in the community she also has the privilege to practice in.

Ha Le Pham is a certified physician assistant with over 20 years of experience. He sees patients of all ages and skin types and has a unique way with patients in making them laugh, feel respected, and listened to while developing friendships and a great provider-patient relationship. As your provider of choice, Ha Le believes communication and respect to be of utmost importance. He believes patients should not feel rushed and have the opportunity to share their concerns and feel heard. Ha Le has trained many dermatology physician assistants over the years which keeps on top of the latest techniques and treatments for skin conditions. Ha Le specializes in all types of chronic skin conditions, skin cancer detection, and treatment, as well as hair restoration diagnosis and treatment.
Jeanine Davis obtained her nursing degree in California practiced there gaining experience in the fields of Telemetry, Hospice and became a Certified Nurse Case Manager. She obtained her CMLT 4 years ago completing Cosmetic training at The National Laser and Aesthetics Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona. She enjoys educating her clients and guiding them to improved overall health, both looking and feeling younger. She provides many cosmetic procedures including fillers, neuro toxins, Ultherapy, miraDry, laser procedures, spider vein injections and specializes in harnessing and boosting the body's own natural rejuvenating capabilities with treatments including PRP (platelet rich plasma) for hair restoration and PRF (platelet rich fibrin) for facial contouring, rejuvenation and reversal of aging signs.
Juliette grew up in Minnesota and began her medical experience at the age of 17 as a volunteer in Haiti. She then completed nursing school and acquired a B.S. in Biology at the University of Minnesota Duluth while continuing to gain experience as a nurse. She was then accepted to the Arizona School of Health Sciences in Phoenix, Arizona, and graduated in 2001. Juliette has experience in both pediatrics as well as dermatology. Juliette began working with Prescott Dermatology in 2003 and has continued with the practice as Arizona Dermatology Group. She is married with two daughters.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Kirsten Flynn is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in providing outstanding medical, surgical, and aesthetic dermatological care to her patients. This delivery of care is performed with compassion, high ethical values, and attention to each individual patient's needs. She continues to strive for advanced education and utilization of the latest technologies to improve patient care. As an Arizona native, Dr. Flynn has firsthand experience with the dangerous consequences of the desert climate. She decided to go into dermatology because both her parents were treated for several skin cancers and precancerous lesions, and she too has been treated for an early melanoma on her foot. Throughout her career, Dr. Flynn has been passionate about educating the public on sunscreen use, and skin cancer prevention. Her efforts have included television, media, radio, speaking engagements, and newspaper and magazine articles.
Dr. Flynn is a graduate of Hahnemann University School of Medicine and completed her dermatology residency at the University of New Mexico Hospital in Albuquerque. She is a member of the American Academy of Dermatology, Phoenix Dermatologic Society and American Society of Dermatologic Surgery.
Sandra has a broad knowledge in general medicine as a nurse and as a Physician's Assistant. Sandra received her Associate's Degree in Nursing in 1985. She furthered her education in 2002 and received her degree as a Physician's Assistant at Stanford University. Her extensive background includes primary care medicine, cardiac research, flight nurse, as well as trauma nurse in the Emergency Department. Sandra is married and has recently relocated back to Prescott, Arizona. Sandy and her husband Kevin enjoy playing music in their band called Uber Britches in their spare time. She returned to Arizona Dermatology Group in March 2010 after a brief period where she relocated to the White Mountains to assist in Primary Care Medicine.

Valeska Brown has worked as a professional massage therapist for more than 20 years. She is proud to have the knowledge of over 1000 hours of certified training and education to complement her position with Arizona Dermatology Group and Renew Skin and Body Therapy. She received her training and education from Northern Arizona Massage Therapy Institute in Arizona, Spirit Touch Institute in Wisconsin, Healing Arts Institute in California, The Comfort Zone in Michigan, International Institute of Reflexology in Florida and LMT Success Group in Florida.
Her area of expertise is Medical Massage. She utilizes techniques from her studies in Orthopedics, stone and sports massage, St. John's Neuromuscular Therapy and Myofascial Release Techniques. Valeska offers many different treatments including massage, reflexology, pregnancy massage, and medical massage that targets specific medical conditions or problems. She enjoys being in a professional medical environment to provide her services in. She enjoys being able to deliver the hands of healing to her clientele.
