With 12 years of experience in strategic planning and 11 years of experience in venture capital, Mr. Tong has invested in projects including BesTV, FocalTech, S.C New Energy Technology, Himalaya FM, Cambricon, Innoviz, Hailo, etc, and led the investment department of TCL Venture Capital to invest in more than 90 domestic and foreign deals with a total investment amount of nearly 10 billion RMB. Mr. Tong has 9 years of experience in investing in overseas funds as a limited partner, investing in 4 USD funds, and has 5 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions as a senior manager.
Mr. Tong was Vice President of TCL Corporation, President of TCL Venture Capital, and General Manager of TCL Strategic Fund. Before joining TCL, Mr. Tong worked as an assistant professor at the Business School of the National University of Singapore and a senior manager of strategic management at Motorola.
Mr. Tong is a Postdoctoral fellow at Stanford University. He holds a Ph.D. in Management from The George Washington University, and a bachelor's degree in Acoustics from Nanjing University.

Mr. Morales is the Founder and CEO of ABS Partners, a well regarded financial advisory firm established in London in the early 2000s. It specialises in both Public and Private equity markets. Prior to that, in a career in the City of London spanning over 30 years, Mr Morales had held various positions as Director of European Equities, handling an important number of large European IPOs and corporate transactions. Mr. Changqi Lu is the founder of Ample Harvest and also serves as its director and Chairman of the Investment Committee. Mr. Lu has extensive experience and connections in the Chinese capital market and in the last ten years he has been actively involved in numerous IPOs both in the Chinese and overseas markets. Prior to Ample Harvest, Mr. Lu co-founded a joint venture company with the Shanghai Municipal Government focusing on IT business and investment. He was also the senior manager of Hewlett-Packard China branch and Data Equipment International.

Mr. Bulger is Chairman and co-founder of Thornton Group LLC, a leading advisory firm with offices in Beijing and the United States. As a trusted advisor to many Chinese and American clients, Mr. Bulger has used his cross-border expertise to inaugurate new business deals and to provide advice on the dynamic Sino-US business climate. Mr. Li is the CEO of BHR and former CEO of Bohai Industrial Investment Fund. Prior to joining BHR, Mr. Li served as Managing Director at Macquarie Investment Advisory (Beijing) Co., Ltd., Vice President of Huawen Investment Holding Co., Ltd., President of Beijing Century Faihoo Technology Co., Ltd. which he founded, and Director of Peregrine Capital Company Limited.
Being a veteran investment banker with over twenty-five years of experience in the Greater China region, he was instrumental in many pioneering and complex listings, including the Shanghai Petrochemical company H-share IPO, being the first H-share listing of a PRC company; the red-chip listing of Haihong Group (now known as China Merchants Group), being the first Chinese company red-chip listing; the Shanghai industry investment red-chip listing and the Beijing enterprise group company red-chip listing.
