Anwar abdelRazek Electric Power Engineer with a wide experience for more than 40 years in the design of electrical power MV.LV networks and telecommunication Network for various integrated infrastructural projects according to American, European and Egyptian standards.
He has excellent experience with electrical designs serving buildings including transformers, diesels generators, switchboards, MCCs, Cables tray systems, earthing system, P.F correction, internal and exterior Lighting, telecommunication systems, specifications, street lighting networks.
He is managing the Electric Department team providing design and preparation to tender documents for the projects. And also includes supervision on installation and commissioning.

Ph.D.Calgary University, Alberta, Canada. Chairman since Jan 2015.Now he is working on enhance what he gained during 45 years of hardworking with CEGMAN, to apply quality measures and to settle advanced approaches and innovations through which CEGMAN has to apply.
He graduated in 1975 from Civil Engineering Department, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, and then he obtained his MSc. degrees from Canada.His academic career steps from successful position to another during which he became the Dean of Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University from 2008-2012.
During his professional career with CEGMAN starting from 1975 until 1987, he used to lead the structural designer team as a senior engineer, reviewing the structural design documents and auditing the structural safety as the head of concrete structure design section.
In 1996 he became the head of Designs Departments, and in 2005 he was the executive director of CEGMAN through which he managed several multi discipline projects. From 2008 till end of 2014, Dr. Wael became the Vice President for technical affairs, through which overview all technical issues in CEGMAN.

Mohamed Hassan graduated from Cairo University, with B.Sc. in Civil Engineering.
During 38 years he achieved a solid track record in construction supervision as being a head of this department and a project manager.

Mohamed Hussien Civil Engineer graduated at Cairo University 1991. He has more than 25 years of experience as civil Engineer specialized in Structural Design. In the last 8 years, he managed several projects as designs manager and carried out some technical support in structural design in (Egypt, KSA, Libya, and Qatar).
He implemented several educational buildings in Egypt such as Nile University, Fayoum University, Zewail City of Science and Technology plus Industrial Facilities such as fertilizer plants, steel production facilities and food facilities.

He participated in various projects as Project Manager 1993-2001 during the pre-design, design, procurement, & construction phases for various heavy industrial plants, educational projects, administration buildings & health care centers.His tasks included participation in Master Planning for industrial projects, Design Management, Coordination, procurement, Tender Documentation & Evaluation, and Construction Management.
He also participated in planning & construction of various projects related to military production industries. His experience included the planning for ammunition production facilities, hazards classification, and protection during handling, storing, testing of ammunitions & explosive facilities.

As a Project Manager, he supervised, designed, prepare specifications & BOQS" for a lot of branches of National Bank of Egypt plus healthcare projects especially for the Egyptian Ministry of Health. In addition to industrial Projects.
He participated in Arch. Designs in Saudi Arabia as senior architectural engineer and head of technical office manager for several residential projects.
