Usman "Osi" Parekh owns and operates Crown Jewelers in the upscale outdoor mall, Brookhaven, in Norman, Oklahoma. He launched his Norman location with his wife, Fatima, in 2000, when the couple moved their thriving jewelry business from their Oklahoma City location, where they had been operating an upscale establishment since 1996.
