Alicia (AJ) knew from the young age of eleven that she was destined to become a graphic designer. While other kids were planning careers as astronauts and firemen, AJ was busily designing layouts and logos. She holds a degree in Fine Arts from Grace College and is a gifted sculptor and painter. She has been working as a graphic designer for over thirty years and began her career before she was finished with college.
When she's not creating brilliant design concepts for clients, she can be found outdoors gardening, hiking, antiquing, or restoring her old house.

Brock is the newest member of our team, joining DGA in 2014 after completing his degree in Visual Communication and Design at IPFW. He works tirelessly with Photoshop to adjust and edit the many photographs for our clients. Focused and personable, he works well with the team to get each job done in a timely manner.
When he's not fine-tuning our photos, Brock enjoys spending time with family and friends. He is also a self-described video game geek and enjoys collecting classic games.
Dave's been in the ad business for many years now, having worn the hats of freelance designer, project estimator, production manager, and sales manager. He opened the doors of David George & Associates, Inc. in Goshen's historic Old Bag Factory in 2002. As the agency grew, he bought and remodeled the former dentist's office at the corner of Washington and Third in the historic downtown Goshen shopping district. (A self-confessed caffeine junkie, Dave denies choosing the location of the new office based on the proximity to a coffee shop, but the staff has their suspicions.)
Dave is an avid art collector, and has filled the office with all manner of ceramics, paintings, and metalwork, including a commissioned sculpture by local artist John Mishler. In his spare time, Dave enjoys kayaking, fishing, and bicycling.
Jessica recently relocated to Northern Indiana from Grand Rapids, MI and loves working with the DGA staff. With an Illustration/Graphic Design degree from Northern Michigan University and over 10 years of experience, she enjoys working on both print and web design.
When she's not adding her talent to projects around the office, Jessica loves spending time with family and friends, decorating her new house, and doing anything to stretch her creativity.

Jill joined DGA in 2005 and holds a degree in Fine Art Photography from Ball State University. Since then, she's been clicking away for our clients, both in the studio and out on some pretty crazy locations. A natural athlete, she's not afraid to go to extremes to get the best shot. When she's not running the office or out on location, Jill can be found spending time with family, working out, or snowboarding. She also enjoys interior design and collecting original artwork.
Shad has been with DGA since 2005. While he specializes in catalog and brochure design, we find ourselves directing more and more of his time toward website creation. He doesn't seem to mind, and juggles his diverse workload effortlessly. He's young, creative and, best of all, energetic.
When he's not burning the midnight oil at DGA, Shad can be found playing soccer, camping and snowboarding, or simply chilling out with friends and family.
