In her role as Senior Vice President, Cathy works in partnership with our valued Clients and Business Partners to define key business strategies and objectives, drive technology solutions, and deliver Best-in-Class results.
Cathy has distinguished herself during her two decade career in the IT Industry in Canada. As a key leader at End to End Networks, she spearheads initiatives that have lead our company to being recognized as an innovator and leader in the Canadian IT community.
Since joining End to End Networks in 1993, she has held several leadership positions and is currently responsible for strategic partnerships, major inside sales opportunities, and product management. Cathy brings her practical business analytics and industry experience to the End to End Executive Team. She plays a prominent role in bringing innovation forward and aligning it with corporate strategies.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from the University of Toronto. In 2012, she was named to CDN's Top Women in the IT Channel. The advancement of Women in Technology is near and dear to Cathy's heart. She has served as a mentor to women in the IT industry and a co-facilitator for the TechConnex Women in Technology Peer Group. Cathy also currently serves as an Advisory Council Member for the VentureTech Network (VTN).
Cathy's believes that leadership is a commitment to personal excellence and that it is the responsibility of every member of a successful team to challenge the status quo and to keep "raising the bar".

- National Support Center Manager
Gus has been at our organization for over 12 years. He started as a network analyst and has been in various roles including projects, implementation, design, sales and operations. Gus worked as a Tier 3 Network Analyst, and helped to develop the support team and act as an escalation point.
Gus is now our National Support Center (NSC) Manager, leading our strong and knowledgeable national support team. He is passionate about the NSC team and culture at End to End Networks.

In his role as President, Heath focuses his energies on the profitable growth of End to End Networks and delivering a superior customer service experience. Heath is also the Technology thought leader in the company, researching new technologies and anticipating IT trends.
As one of the original five employees who founded End to End Networks in 1993, Heath has worked his way through the ranks, from Tech Support to Projects, to Sales Engineering and then into management where he leads a group of developers who created and are evolving the eView Network Management System.
Heath believes that actions are stronger than words and encourages his team to make decisions independently.
Recognising that students leaving college sometimes have a difficult time finding a job that suits their learned skills, Heath is Chairman of the Planning Advisory Committee at George Brown College, to help facilitate and ensure that the skills students are learning closely represent real world requirements.
As the Technology Manager, Ilia oversees the development of internal and client-facing tools at End to End Networks. He started his career at our organization as a software developer in 2011, and developed and enhanced the user experience for our eView Network Management System program. He is very passionate about technology, and ensures things run smoothly for both our business and customers.

As Director of Product Management, Jennifer is responsible for realizing the strategic vision of the company by managing the End to End Networks portfolio of services to ensure continued innovation and market differentiation. She has been with End to End Networks for 19 years with previous roles in Finance, Sales, Partner Program Management, Client Services and Business Operations.

- Professional Services Manager
As the Professional Services Manager, Marco is responsible for overseeing the various ongoing projects and the team of highly skilled network specialists. He started at End to End Networks in September, 2013 as the Network Specialist in Unified Communications. Marco comes from a solid background of IT knowledge from previous roles with companies in Germany and Canada.

Nino is one of the original members of End to End Networks. All his roles within the organization have been operational, from delivering projects and providing support, to managing both End to End's Support and Professional Services teams. Currently, Nino focuses on special projects, in particular with designing and delivering Wi-Fi solutions. Nino values the relationships built over the years with many of End to End's clients and staff and continues to build new ones.
As the Senior Project Manager, Pratheep is responsible for promoting a customer-centric and business-focused approach to service delivery and outcomes, by aligning client business objectives and our service levels. Having obtained degrees in Computer Engineering (B.Eng) and Master of Engineering Entrepreneurship & Innovation (M.E.E.I.) from McMaster University, along with working in various industries, Pratheep understands the current and changing business needs of our clients. At End to End Networks, he plays an instrumental role in identifying, planning, and prioritizing activities to fulfill the goals of the business.
