Dianne McKinley

Job Titles:
  • Owner and CEO of INcompassing Education
Dianne holds an Ed.S from St. Thomas University in K-12 Educational Leadership. She also holds a B.S.Ed. from the University of Georgia and an M.Ed. from Georgia State University. She has been in education for over 25 years in four states. Dianne has been a classroom teacher, writing coach, building level administrator, Outreach Coordinator for the Indiana Department of Education, and now owner of INcompassing Education.

Kaci Frenette

  • Executive Assistant
Kaci joins INcompassing Education after serving 15 years as a licensed Elementary educator. She holds a Masters degree in Curriculum & Instruction from Western Governors University. Kaci began her career in K-5 education as a classroom teacher. She found her passion in literacy education and served as an English Language Development and Literacy Specialist. During her time in the classroom, she provided leadership and mentorship to new and experienced educators as well as making learning meaningful for K-5 students. Kaci takes on the role of Executive Assistant with a great understanding of customer service, organization, and time management. Tabitha Freeman

Tabitha is a business-minded, transformational leader with 15 years of educational experience. She is a licensed Elementary Teacher and P-12 administrator. She has served in several roles in her years in education. She began her career as a classroom teacher. Her leadership qualities excelled as she attained her P-12 administrator licensure. She was soon asked to join the Indiana Department of Education as an Outreach Coordinator, with the Division of School Improvement. In this role, she worked directly with numerous schools within the Indianapolis area on turnaround practices and building strong systems and structures. With her experience in school improvement, she attained a position as a building principal. This position led her to the role of curriculum director and district grant administrator. In this position, she led teachers and principals in CIA (curriculum, instruction, and assessment), data analysis, implemented district-wide PLCs and built the district's pre-k program from the ground up. She has written, managed and overseen several million dollars in private, state, and federal grants, while ensuring these grants appropriately fund the district-wide goals.

Tiffany Creager

Job Titles:
  • Social Worker, Advanced
Tiffany is a licensed social worker, advanced mind body medicine practitioner, and is certified in Applied Educational Neuroscience through Butler University. She has worked as an early childhood education director, a school social worker, a director of school-based services for a community mental health center, and has provided clinical therapeutic services to youth, adults, and families. Tiffany has partnered with over twenty schools and youth and family serving agencies to provide professional development, mind body medicine skills groups, and supportive services. Her focus on healing centered engagement supports staff, students, and families alike in understanding the impact of stress, trauma, and adversity while working to heal individually and collectively. This work is foundational to student and staff success and well-being.

William (Bill) Reed

Bill is a licensed Secondary Math Teacher who was a classroom teacher for 30+ years between Indiana and California. He has taught every math class from 7th Grade Math to Calculus at the Community College level. Bill was a former President of ICTM, helped facilitate the Indiana State Math Contest and awards ceremony, and oversaw the ICTM Annual Meeting and Conference for many years. He was a Presidential Award for Excellence in Math and Science State Finalist in both California and Indiana. Bill received a Fulbright Memorial Fund Scholarship to study the education system in Japan and a second Fulbright Scholarship to study the education system in Brazil. Most recently he worked with the U.S. Embassy in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan to give S.T.E.M Professional Development to Central Asian Teachers.
