ISPADA - Israeli Planning, Architecture and Development in Africa... This project studies Israel's past involvement in architecture and planning in Africa, in the context of a wider theoretical conceptualization of the role of architecture and planning in the shaping of foreign policy. The objectives of this project are to analyze the historical, political and institutional setup underlying Israeli involvement in architecture and planning in Africa and to document the scope of this phenomenon across policy makers, professionals and institutions.
