Akiho graduated with a degree in pharmacy in 2012 and started working in R&D and quality control of in-vitro diagnostics at a manufacturer whose main product line was seasonings. In 2015 he joined a contract research organization as a clinical research associate. He then moved to Kintetsu World Express in 2017. He works as the supervising pharmacist at the Logistics Sales Office, with responsibility for maintaining the license required to manufacture pharmaceuticals and keeping operations in conformity with ISO13485.

In 1993, after his graduation from university, Chrisman got his first job in a foreign trade company dealing with import and export business. Four years later, he joined KWE in 1997 with the experience in this company. Started from a division staff, he was continuously promoted from division supervisor to manager, department AGM, GM, SGM on the strength of his hard work. Now, he is in charge of ADM, HR, IT, trade, and customs affairs.
Elisa Zhu, a native of Guangzhou，worked at a famous international women's fashion company for a period of time, but then she made the important and right decision in her life to begin a career as an accountant at KWE Guangzhou (CAN) on January 5, 2004, when it was a newly established branch of KWE Xiamen (XMN). Elisa was promoted to branch finance supervisor and was also placed in charge of administrative affairs in 2005. She served concurrently as the assistant to the branch manager in 2009 and was promoted to manager of Finance and Administration Department in 2010. In 2016 she was appointed Senior Manager of the Account and Administration Department at KWECAN HQ responsible for managing finance, administrative affairs, human resources, legal affairs and risk control, and IT, and in 2022 she was promoted further to General Manager.

Haruka joined KWE in 2014 after majoring in law at university. She was first assigned to the Tokyo Sea Freight Customs Clearance Center at the Import Sales Department, and worked for three years in air and sea customs clearance and customer service for major customers. In 2017 she transferred to the Import Delivery section. There, she spent three years taking charge of the Tokyo Port drayage truck arrangement for import cargo. Since 2020 she has been at the Shiba Import Sales Office. Haruka is now an inside sales representative, focusing on improving existing customer satisfaction and increasing import freight volume.

Masako majored in Japanese Education in college, and her first job was at a Korea-based forwarder. She switched jobs after 2 years, and has been working at KWE Korea for 25 years. Masako has worked in various departments such as CS, Export sales, Import sales, and Logistic sales, and now she controls the Export department for Air and Ocean.

Michell has a degree in Industrial Engineering from one of the top universities in Latin America (UNAM). Her first work experience started in a major Japanese electronics manufacturing company, where she specialized in work environment safety & security, acquiring knowledge about quality standards and supply chain security. Since she joined KWE Mexico's Quality Assurance Department in 2017, her efforts have been focused toward continuous improvement of our services.
After graduating in 2009 with a university degree in foreign languages, Minako worked at an airline group cargo company in export operations and cargo flight weight and balance, creating loading plans and setting the center of gravity. She joined Kintetsu World Express in 2021. She is now working at the Osaka Export Operation Center in freight consolidation. She makes arrangements with airlines to ensure the most appropriate transport route for the customer's cargo.

After moving to the Road Transport and Distribution Department in 2009, she initiated KWE Philippines' transportation management systems. She is now responsible for managing KWE Philippines' inland transportation and head office warehouse.
