Mr. Akwasi Kwarteng Akom is the co-founder and Executive Director of Kwamoka Group Limited. He is an astute businessman with over Forty (40) years of responsible experience in Marketing and Management. He is responsible for all operational areas and his responsibility cuts across all the functional departments of the Group Most of his was acquired in the United States of America where he obtained a B.A (Marketing) degree from Portland State University after which he worked with various renowned companies in the U.S.A.
Dionne is a Corporate Attorney backed by multinational Licensure (Ghana and New York) and practice area expertise in compliance, negotiation, commercial law. She passionately represents client interests, working diligently to analyze case merits, minimize risk and drive positive solutions to complex legal matters. She is passionate about female empowerment and is the CEO of NzuRai and the President of the Nzuri Uhai Organization. She holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Kwame Nkrumah University and an LLM in Business and Financial Law from George Washington University.
Her pastimes include reading, philanthropy and travelling.

Mrs. Janette Poku Akom is the co-founder and Managing Director of Kwamoka Group Limited . She holds a BSc degree in Business Administration (Human Resource) and an MSc in Strategic Management and leadership both from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Janette also holds a Diplome Superiere D'etudes Francaise from L'Universite D'Abidjan (Cote d'Ivoire).
She has acquired over 35 years' experience in Marketing and Management. She started her career in Cote D'Ivoire where she worked with Societe de Transport La Vente et L'Industrialisation (STVI) for ten (10) years. Janette relocated to Ghana in 1992, where she worked with Poku Transport Group of Companies as the General Manager.
She has consequently co- founded several companies under the Kwamoka Group Limited brand. The companies include, Kwamoka Farms and Processing limited, Kwamoka Energy Ghana Limited and Kwamoka Company Limited, KG Biomass Supply Company limited and KG Commodities Ghana Limited.
Under Janette's leadership, Kwamoka Group Limited has been transformed to become one of the most innovative companies championing the implementation of the sustainable development goals (SDG). This has consequently increased the company's social impact and bottom-line. She has also led the creation and development of new clean energy initiatives within the company.
In recognition of Janette's efforts as a Female in Clean Energy, the Ghana Climate Innovation Center(GCIC) awarded her Most Innovative Female led Green initiative Ghana in 2016. GCIC is a leader in the advancement of Clean Energy in Ghana and Sub-Saharan Africa.
Her past-time is reading and philanthropy (poverty alleviation programs).
