He is experienced in all areas of supervision, quality control, safety, and equipment operations within the construction industry. Alex specializes in anomaly repair, large shaft and deep foundations, foundation drilling/anchoring, industry and equipment set up, and operations. He also has extensive experience using numerous drilling rigs, cranes, reverse circulation drills, oscillators, and rotators in various conditions, climates, and circumstances.

Alfred Kelly

Biography Alfred Kelly is a certified health and safety professional and health and safety manager with more than 21 years of experience. With his diverse background and extensive training, Al is a strong advocate for safety during construction, tunneling, mining, under water procedures, and occupational health and safety operations-operations he has performed and managed firsthand. He is closely familiar with the potential challenges associated with tunneling and underwater construction, electrical work, drilling, and demolition, and, more importantly, he understands how to mitigate these challenges before they become problems.

Anthony Lucido

Biography Anthony Lucido has more than 15 years of experience with foundation drilling, including more than eight years of project management. Anthony specializes in US and overseas CIDH, oscillated shafts, rotator installation shafts caissons, shoring walls, tip grouting, auger cast piles, jet grouting, caisson anomaly repair, slurry/cased shafts. He has proven experience with less than 1% of anomalies installing 338 CIDH piles for the Port of Long Beach, California.

Dan Gay

Biography Dan Gay has 32 years of experience as estimator and project manager in the foundations drilling industry. Dan specializes in caissons, tiebacks, design build shoring, underpinning micropiles, displacement piling, and driven piling. As senior estimator, Dan is responsible for business development, procuring bid documents, and cost estimation. Meeting and assisting with prospective clients during the pre and post bid stages. Working alongside Legacy Foundations management, he meets with and assists prospective clients pre- and post-bid.

Felix Fuentes

  • Operations Manager
Biography Felix Fuentes has been in the Drilling Industry for 18 years. Excelling through the ranks of labor, driller, foremen, general foremen, Superintendent and currently holds the position of Operations Manager. Scope of work includes scheduling, budgeting, purchase order, crane picks, Drilling ops, safety, cost, orders/deliveries. Drilling experience expands to caisson diameters of 12' and depth of 357', soldier piling, lagging wall, micro-piles, and secant wall. Also, experienced in working in areas with difficult to little access, trestles over water, hazardous soils & waste, high security areas, and highly environmentally sensitive locations.

Forest Badeaux

Forest Badeaux has 40 years of experience in foundation drilling management, primarily focused on large-diameter drilled shafts and earth retention. He is knowledgeable in all foundation drilling methods, including rock drilling, fluid drilling, cased shafts, air hammers, air roller barrels, oscillated shafts, and vibe casing installation. He is also experienced in foundation shoring, earth retention, soil-nails, tiebacks, and micro-piles.

Frank Prosser

Biography Frank Prosser started with Becho Incorporated back in 1979 working as Louis Lucido's right-hand-man. With more than 40 years of experience in the construction and drilling industry, he is experienced and knowledgeable in all areas of supervision, quality control, safety, and equipment operations. Frank specializes in equipment setup and operations of large shaft and deep foundations drilling and anchoring. He also has extensive experience using numerous drilling rigs, cranes, reverse circulation drills, oscillators, and rotators in various conditions, climates, and circumstances.

Rusty Lucido - VP

Biography Rusty Lucido has more than 18 years of experience with foundation drilling. He was a 2016 ENR Top 20 under 40 Honoree and the winner of the William C. Birmingham Award for DFI "Contributing to the advancement of the deep foundations industry." As an expert in the foundation drilling industry, Rusty specializes in large diameter and deep foundations and is versatile in all foundation drilling methods. He is experienced in reverse circulation drilling, oscillated and rotated shaft installation, slurry/cased shafts, post base tip grouting, and shaft anomaly repair.
