John is widely acknowledged as a global industry leader and respected expert advisor on complex infrastructure projects.
With more than 40 years' experience, mostly in key leadership roles, John has vast expertise in private sector organisations and on large and complex infrastructure and building projects.
His experience covers the infrastructure spectrum from design to procurement, delivery, maintenance and operation of roads and toll ways, rail infrastructure, passenger and freight rolling stock, factories, workshops and high rise commercial buildings.
John's experience demonstrates his thorough knowledge of markets and highly relevant PPP experience, enabling him to engage meaningfully with relevant stakeholders and provide high quality advice.
He has proven leadership and communication skills, combined with commercial acumen, particularly in the areas of defining commercial principles, risk allocation and mitigation, negotiation strategies, contract finalisation and contract management.
