Also serving as the President of the Northeastern Economic Development Company of PA-CDC, Inc. William F. Rinaldi serves as Director of Strategic Planning & Development since joining Tunnel Hill Partners in 2013 with its merger of Hazleton Creek Properties (HCP). In 2004, Mr. Rinaldi co-founded HCP, a beneficial reuse site, serving as CEO. Rinaldi has procured successful sales teams, developed strong customer relationships, and continues to find innovative ways to cultivate business. In addition, Bill Rinaldi also serves as President of both Mark Construction Services, since 1999, and the Northeastern Economic Development Company, since 2004 . He has over two decades of experience with economic redevelopment and brownfield, with ample marketing and operating experience throughout the Northeast.
