The Chartered Architectural Practice, MGL, was founded in 1978 by Michael Ginn RIBA, who remains within the company as one of the principle directors. The original company started as a practitioner, developed into a partnership and then became a Limited company in 2003. Today the responsibility of running the office is split between Michael Ginn and his son Joel... MGL specialise in inner city development, which to date includes large and small scale development, split between new build and refurbishment / extension development.
