With over 10+ years in the technical sales, account management, project engineering, and client-oriented service excellence delivery fields, Jon is motivated to continue to provide product quality and service excellence to our customers. Jon earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering with a Minor in Business Administration and a Minor in Sales Engineering from the University of Florida in 2005. In 2010, Jon enhanced his business education experience by earning his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Florida. Jon is an experienced, ethically driven and client-oriented business professional with a proven track record in technical solution and value selling, business growth, engineering, project management and client relationship management. He has consulted with a large portfolio of clients to identify and achieve optimal solutions to satisfy and exceed their business objectives and profitability. He prides himself in being a creative sales and management oriented individual who is motivated, ambitious, professional, and who works diligently to provide service excellence to his clients. Jon is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie sales success achievement certificate course. He is an active member of the Coral Gables Chamber of Commerce (member of the 20/30 young professionals business committee & the small business development committee), Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce, Greater Miami and the Beaches Hotel Association, Institute of Industrial Engineers, and the Gator Club of Miami. He plans to adopt a little brother in the Miami Big Brothers Big Sisters Program. He looks forward to meeting and consulting with potential partners and supporters of Smart Monitor, Inc.
