I started New-Start Coaching after 32 years as a business leader. The last 14 years of that time, I held the position of VP and General Manager of a distribution center. I frequently led groups focused on solving specific problems. I coached managers and supervisors to provide better leadership for their departments to improve employee retention and performance. I transitioned to become a full-time Coach through the Executive and Professional Coaching Program at UTD with the goal of helping other business leaders achieve these same results... I coach new supervisors into great supervisors. I can coach your supervisor to improve in their skills and increase their effectiveness in the workplace. Develop employees to improve results.
