Andrew's leadership has been pivotal in guiding transformations, implementing strategies, and leading cross functional teams through change journeys.
Andrew lives in Halifax with his wife and their daughter, and finds joy in hiking, travelling, cooking, and exploring pop culture interests such as comics and collectables.

Bio
Brenda Roberts-Harmon leads a large team responsible for legal counsel, risk management and compliance, corporate services and governance, human resources, communications, and premises. She takes immense pride in supporting her team's career growth and seeing them discover their true professional aspirations. She values collaboration and enjoys working with colleagues across the credit union system on a variety of key initiatives.
Brenda's greatest joy has been raising her two sons, supporting their love of sports, and creating memories with her family whether at home or abroad.

Don Noyes leads the finance and information technology functions and ensures the enterprise risk management and compliance processes are aligned with corporate strategy. He oversees, manages, and coordinates the internal operations of ACLSM with established policies, goals, and objectives.
Don cultivates a positive work environment, tries to find the humor in almost any situation, and maintains a light-hearted perspective. He finds fulfillment in collaborating with employees and supporting the career goals of his team. In his downtime, Don enjoys the antics of his cat, Chef, reading, and singing along to classic rock music all day long.

Paul Masterson is a results-driven leader with a proven track record of developing and implementing corporate strategies that enhance business and stakeholder value. With more than 30 years of national and global experience in financial services, Paul's broad perspective and innovative thinking are key to leading ACLSM's business strategy to achieve our long-term vision. Paul considers the co-operative and collaborative nature of the credit union system as one of its biggest assets and a key differentiator in the financial services industry.
Outside of the office, Paul enjoys quality time with loved ones, hiking and playing sports such as golf and tennis. In his downtime, Paul enjoys spending time in the US where he has family.
Bio
Paul Paruch has over 32 years of experience in the credit union system, which has been focused on developing and implementing business strategies that support credit unions in growing membership and contributing to member and community success.
Paul is Chair of the Operations Committee on the Ficanex Services Board and Co-Chair of the C1 Payment Advisory Council. He also holds a Master of Management in Co-operatives and Credit Unions degree from Saint Mary's University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. When not working, Paul enjoys spending leisure time with his family, including his husky, Benny, and travelling.
