CAROLINE HYNE

Caroline qualified as a physiotherapist in 2003 with BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University. Specialising in neurology in 2005, Caroline has worked as a specialist neurological physiotherapist in hospital, out-patient and community settings within the NHS and private practice. She joined ON Physio full-time in 2016. Whilst enjoying all aspects of neurological physiotherapy Caroline has a special interest in Multiple Sclerosis. As such, since joining ON Physio, she set up and leads a popular aquatic exercise class for people with MS. Caroline also enjoys delivering specialist ON Physio's Parkinson's exercise classes and seeing people in their homes or in clinic for individual treatment sessions offering people the full range of treatment options available. Caroline keenly continues to maintain and develop her skills and knowledge through attendance of relevant courses, and in addition to CSP membership is a member of ACPIN (Association of Chartered Physiotherapists with Interest in Neurology) and of ATACP (Aquatic Therapy Association of Chartered Physiotherapists).

EMMA DODDS

Emma has over 15 years of clinical experience in neurological rehabilitation and has an MSc in Neurological Physiotherapy from The University of Nottingham. Emma works as a highly specialist Physiotherapist at an NHS neurological rehabilitation service. She treats inpatients and outpatients with stroke, congenital and acquired brain injury, Multiple Sclerosis and Parkinson's Disease. Emma applies her advanced knowledge and skills of movement analysis and functional training, upper limb rehabilitation and functional electrical stimulation (FES) to maximise fitness, strength and functional movement. She is interested in increasing physical activity through exercise and self-management interventions, to support people to take an active part in the management of their condition. Emma joined ON Physio in 2019. She is looking forward to developing the Neurofit classes, delivering PD Attack classes and will be offering 1:1 appointments at The Bosworth Clinic.

NATALIE WALLACE

Natalie is a specialist neurological physiotherapist with over 25 years clinical experience. She has an MSc in Neurological Rehabilitation from Oxford Brookes University. She is a lead physiotherapist of a NHS neurological rehabilitation service, treating a wide variety of patients with complex neurological conditions following stroke, congenital and acquired brain injury, multiple sclerosis and other neurological conditions. She works largely with inpatients delivering specialist rehabilitation enabling people to commence their road to recovery or manage a more long term condition. Natalie runs a weekly spasticity clinic and as a qualified physiotherapist injector she delivers botulinum toxin injections as part of a holistic and multi disciplinary approach to the management of spasticity. She has extensive experience in maximizing the recovery of the arm following stroke or brain injury and is trained to use Saeboflex, CIMT (Constraint induced movement therapy) and neuro-muscular electrical stimulation. She is involved in delivering specialist courses about the recovery of the arm to other therapists working with this patient group. Joining the ON Physio team part time in 2018 she continues her work in the NHS and is looking forward to providing intensive and expert physiotherapy treatments to people in their own homes.
