Patient Moments is a decision making framework that allows staff to make a wide range of improvements to most aspects of service delivery... Patient Moments grew from our belief that frontline staff can make beneficial changes to the delivery of care but that potential is often stifled. Our experience of performance improvement convinced us that simple solutions are often the most effective. But the simplicity must be underpinned with structure and discipline.
