Carol is an extremely valued member of Pegasus properties, bringing over 28 years of industry experience to our team of professionals. Specialising in the Arundel and surrounding market since 2008. Carol prides herself on her attention to detail and delivering an uncompromising level of professionalism.
David is an exceptional asset and joins Pegasus with over 40 years of experience in the local property market. In 1972 David founded and built a successful estate agency Welby Dean consisting of 5 local offices, one of which occupied Pegasus's prominent High Street office today. Welby Dean was so successful that it was purchased by the Halifax property group in 1988 leaving David to pursue his passion in surveying and developing.
Ellie is highly educated in antique restoration and Fine Art valuation, she spent some time studying and working in London, including an internship at Buckingham Palace. West Sussex is where she has spent most of her life. Born into a local family of developers, perhaps best known for receiving the contracts to regenerate Arundel after World War II by the Duke of Norfolk, property has always been second nature to her.
Nicholas Franklin is an experienced Branch Manager, having worked in the industry for 6 years and previously worked for the largest independent estate agent in the South East. Nicholas prides himself on his people skills and really wanting to help people.
Peter has over 22 years' experience, having worked for some of the most well respected Country House agencies across Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex. With a wealth of local knowledge spanning across all of West Sussex and its coastline, Peter prides himself on his reputation for professionalism and always strives to achieve the very best for his clients.
Richard Sheriff has been a photographer and film-maker for over 40 years. His films and images have been viewed all over the world, both on screen and in the highest quality journals and magazines. Some of his clients have included Twiggy, Kate Moss, the BBC and ITV. Richard now focuses on architectural photography and currently lives in Arundel, West Sussex.
