PIEDMONT LANDSCAPE MANAGEMENT - Key Persons
Debbie is a Marylander who has fully converted to her Georgia girl status! Her love of landscape/construction started at 14 when she worked as a crew member for K.W. Miller, Inc., her father's company. She continued working for the family business for many years. After graduating from Hood College with a degree in Business Management and Political Science, she enjoyed 28 years as a Christian school administrator, teacher, and home school parent. Since arriving in Georgia, she entered the credit union world carrying out training, special projects, and marketing. She is also a licensed Community Association Manager and has worked for an onsite property management company. Debbie's heartbeat, however, is with her first love-the landscape realm. You will notice her world revolves around the outside, not the inside.

Patrick is a proudly certified landscape architect who has been around the green industry for most of his life. Patrick helped with his father's landscaping business, worked at a local nursery, and ran his own business while earning a degree in landscape architecture from the University of Georgia. He's not the type who enjoys life behind a desk. Patrick loves how landscape architecture gives him the opportunity to work outside and build environments that bring others outside. His knowledge and creativity are a huge reason Piedmont has separated itself from the rest of the competition.
Born in Syracuse, N.Y. and raised in Tallahassee, Fla., Pat earned his horticulture and landscape design degree from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College. He ran his own landscape maintenance and construction company for more than 20 years in Tallahassee and came to work with Piedmont in the fall of 2019. Pat specializes in natural landscapes and custom water features.
A hard worker dedicated to treating people with respect, Pat is married to Karen Wells, and they have two sons, Patrick and Daniel.
