Aileen L. Chen

Dr. Aileen Chen is a community-based medical oncologist and hematologist. After completing her fellowship in hematology and oncology, Dr. Chen joined RCCA, where she practiced for more than 18 years at the Holmdel and Freehold locations. She provides care for all types of cancers including breast, colon, lung, stomach, pancreatic, esophageal, liver, kidney, uterine, cervical, ovarian cancers; as well as hematological cancers such as lymphoma and leukemia. On the benign hematological side, Dr. Chen treats patients who have anemia, white blood cell and platelet problems, as well as bleeding and clotting issues. The practice also offers clinical trials for a variety of cancers.

Dr. Andrew Jennis

specializes in medical oncology, hematology and gastrointestinal oncology, and has been treating patients in New Jersey for more than 20 years. Dr. Jennis is actively involved in gastrointestinal oncology research.

Dr. Anne Renteria

Languages: English, French, Portuguese and Spanish Dr. Anne Renteria is senior medical director, Clinical Development - Hematology Oncology at Forma Therapeutics, New York, N.Y., and attending physician, Hematology Medical Oncology, BMT/CAR T-cell Therapies at Locum Tenens, Staff Care, AMN Healthcare. Prior to that she was medical director, Acute Leukemia & Stem Cell Transplant and Cellular Therapy Program, Hematology Oncology, at Lipson Cancer Institute, Rochester, N.Y. She has academic appointments at Tisch Cancer Institute, Mount Sinai School of Medicine and Boston University School of Medicine. She has been involved in a variety of clinical trials.

Dr. Anthony Ingenito

Dr. Anthony Ingenito specializes in radiation oncology, and is board certified in radiation oncology. He has been treating patients in New Jersey for more than 15 years. Dr. Ingenito has been awarded the Abdol H. Islami, MD Award for Outstanding Transitional First Year Graduate Trainee of the Year; the Housestaff Clinical Research Award; Honored Member of America's Registry of Outstanding Professionals; "Best Doctors" for Bergen County; and the Lifetime and VIP Member of Strathmore's Who's Who.

Dr. Avishek Kumar

Dr. Avishek Kumar has extensive experience in the field of hematology and oncology, and has published in several peer-reviewed journals. He is presently the chairman of the Division of Hematology/Oncology at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital, Rahway, NJ. He is board-certified in Internal Medicine as well as Medical Oncology. Trained in both geriatrics and oncology, Dr. Kumar is equipped to meet growing patient issues. Geriatric oncology is an increasing area of interest in the oncology community. Following his graduation from Rutgers College with degrees in biology and archaeology, Dr. Kumar attended medical school at Saint George's University. He completed his clinical rotations at university hospitals in New Jersey and New York City, and also participated in clinical electives in the United Kingdom and Prague. During his final year, he was selected to do a clerkship in Aerospace Medicine with NASA at Kennedy Space Center, where he presented on Bioartificial Muscle Models in Microgravity Environments. Dr. Kumar did his residency in Internal Medicine at Saint Michael's Medical Center, Newark, NJ, followed by a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania. Afterward, he did subspecialty training in Hematology and Oncology at the University of Maryland Greenebaum Comprehensive Cancer Center in Baltimore, MD. After finishing his fellowship training, Dr. Kumar worked at the Compassionate Cancer Care Medical Group in California before moving back to his home state of New Jersey. While in California, he was appointed Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at the University of California Riverside School of Medicine. In addition to his work as a hematology/oncology specialist, Dr. Kumar is presently serving as a lieutenant colonel and flight surgeon/aerospace medicine specialist as part of the 482d Fighter Wing based in Homestead, FL. He has participated in numerous training exercises and been deployed overseas.

Dr. Charanjeev Kapoor

Dr. Charanjeev Kapoor is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine. He earned his medical degree from Government Medical College in Punjab, India, and completed a residency and fellowship at Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx, NY.

Dr. Joseph McLaughlin

Dr. Joseph McLaughlin earned his medical degree from the Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine in Philadelphia, PA, where he also completed a residency in internal medicine. His fellowship in oncology/hematology was completed at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. Dr. McLaughlin is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine.

Dr. Mohammad Pazooki

Dr. Mohammad Pazooki sees patients at RCCA's locations in Manchester and West Hartford, CT. He speaks Farsi and French in addition to English and is board-certified in medical oncology, hematology, and internal medicine. Dr. Pazooki earned his medical degree from Tehran University of Medical Sciences and completed a residency in internal medicine at Huron Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio, as well as an oncology/hematology fellowship at the University of Connecticut Health Center.
