Adam joined Reynolds Asset Management in January 2022 and brings a diverse experience of sourcing, underwriting, and structuring commercial real estate and private equity transactions, predominately ground up multifamily development projects.

Matthew joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2019 after relocating from South Florida, where he owned and operated a multifamily investment and development company primarily focused on value-add and heavy rehabilitation projects. In the course of that business, Matthew oversaw all aspects of the investment cycle, with a focus on underwriting, management and implementation of value-add strategies.
Ryan joined Reynolds Asset Management in 2021 as Vice President of Project Management.
Prior to joining RAM, Ryan spent the majority of his career in brokerage, where he specialized in the lease, acquisition, and disposition of retail commercial real estate nationwide. More recently Ryan served as a leasing and development executive with Fidelity Land Development - one of the largest shopping center owners and developers in New Jersey.
Ryan holds a Bachelor of the Arts in Economics from Bates College, where he was a four-year member of the varsity baseball team. Ryan resides in Summit, New Jersey with his wife and two sons.
