SHARED INSIGHT - Key Persons

Founder and managing director of Shared Insight providing a variety of services to both private and public-sector companies. Prior to establishing Shared Insight in 2006, Chris worked for 30+ years in the Energy sector gaining considerable leadership experience in a variety of roles across different disciplines. This included 7 years as a senior manager at a UK Oil Refinery. Initially focusing on operations and maintenance, Chris then broadened his experience with a variety of roles that included project management, strategy, business development and managing change.

Matt graduated from the University of Sussex with a 2:1 BA with hons degree in Politics. On leaving University in 2006, Matt joined a leading global recruitment consultancy based in London with a portfolio of blue chip clients. He joined Shared Insight in 2007 to lead the recruitment section of the business. Once recruitment systems were established Matt developed over the next several years through key roles covering all aspects of the business. This included but not limited to project coordination, business development, contract management and client relations. As Shared Insight has grown Matt has specialised on the commercial side of business being appointed Commercial Manager in 2018. This role is key in driving the business forward working closely along side the Technical manager and the Managing director growing the business and broading services available.

Sarah is an experienced, commercially astute Project Manager and Chartered Engineer with a track record of strategic/business development and rigorous management of contract tendering and management, HSE management and projects within high hazard environments. MBA qualified with considerable experience in modification/conversion projects, safety management, maintenance, engineering and project management in several sectors (petrochemical, pharmaceutical, power). Considerable senior leadership experience with a track record of the development and engagement of multi-discipline teams and creating an environment that is driven to achieve the project goals.
