Adela Piper - CEO

As CEO, Adela leads the Siren team and clients with empathy, driving meaningful results and creating lasting impact toward the achievement of strategic communication goals. Adela also contributes to the success of Siren clients as chief strategist and crisis communication lead. She brings leadership, relationship building, perseverance, and creativity to her work. Key accomplishments include creating messaging to explain complex ideas and strategy that connect audiences, especially around: The U.P.'s largest community development project Wellbeing at a major state university A first-of-its-kind collective of centrally located partners designed to provide major financial and societal impact Fostering transparency and deepening trust within local governments and their residents A major entrepreneurial festival and conference providing opportunity to 20,000 aspiring and current entrepreneurs A talent attraction initiative to bring prosperity and population to a rural region while preserving its culture and resources Adela believes that communication changes lives and that we can all be better each day in tiny or grand ways when we are intentional about our communication. Prior to co-founding Siren in 2012, Adela led the communication and marketing department for a large nonprofit organization in Oakland County, Michigan. Adela has a B.A. in Journalism from Oakland University and lives in Marquette with her two and four-legged family.

Kate Pouliot

In Kate's role as an Assistant Account Executive, her focus is to support clients in fostering strong connections within communities and building trust. As a champion of Siren's purpose of clear and powerful communication, she challenges herself and those around her to bring fresh perspective to solve problems, and she believes that effective change begins with listening. Kate delivers success in her work by helping clients find their unique value, as well as supporting them as they lean on effective communication to share their value and reach goals. Her strategic approach and problem-solving skills have proven beneficial in her experience supporting startups, entrepreneurs and inventors with business development. During and after her time studying communications and international studies at Northern Michigan University, Kate has fallen in love with the U.P. and is proud to call Marquette home. Hailing from the Twin Cities makes her no stranger to the four seasons Marquette brings; in her free time Kate enjoys the snowy landscape of U.P. winters and swimming in the frigid Lake Superior during summer.

Kelly Gabry - COO

Luke Londo

Job Titles:
  • Senior Account Executive
As Senior Account Executive, Luke brings his varied background in politics, government and communications to help clients keep their communities informed through strategic media relations and compelling written materials. After previously working in constituent relations at the state and federal level, he led communications for two major philanthropic organizations who have committed nearly $1 billion to Detroit. During that time, he earned regular placements in local, regional and national publications and was integral in developing the profiles of multiple stakeholders. Luke specializes in simplifying complex initiatives for wide audiences, using data to enhance narratives and identifying unique angles to further our clients' storytelling goals. He's adept at writing for voice and enjoys executing high-profile press events. In addition to his role as Senior Account Executive, Luke is also an elected official and a gubernatorial appointee. When he's not working, you can probably find him spending time with his wife and son, taking pictures in a National Park, swimming in Lake Superior or hiking around Marquette.

Trysten Loos

Trysten is a Senior Account Executive who specializes in helping clients build genuine relationships with their audiences through purposeful brand engagement. Authenticity is a core value for her, and she excels at integrating multiple communication channels to convey clients' stories accurately and with trustworthiness. Her expertise extends to executive visibility, and she employs a proactive approach to developing strategic and creative content that fosters engagement. Some of Trysten's notable achievements include generating over 3 million social media impressions in a single quarter, leading the creation of viral reel content, growing an account's social media followers - organically - over 1,000 within a month, executing successful digital ad campaigns independently, and securing meaningful media coverage in well-known publications and news outlets such as the Detroit Free Press, MetroTimes, Detroit News, DBusiness, WXYZ, WDIV, FOX2, and more. Similar to her professional life, Trysten has a knack for strategy, but over a game of chess. She also values nurturing relationships with friends, family, and her community in her free time. Beyond that, you can find her with a film camera or horror novel in hand.
